9/20/23: woke 9AM, made beds, had a terrible night, almost threw up, acid reflux back of throat, 12:45, took till 4AM to get to sleep. Got to other bedroom when I was coughing, took antacids and emetrol. After waking up when to master bedroom and made beds, did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, plus weights, 1:45 using 950 Kcal. Weight 187.
9/19/23: Woke 7:15, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:38, using about 800 Kcal, weight 189. Made framing of the second wall of the snowblower shed, 2:35, using about 1200 Kcal.
9/18/23: Woke 8:44, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, PLUS weights, 1:53, using 950 Kcal, weight 189.
9/17/23: Woke 8/made beds. Rosh Hashanah dinner at Adlers, ate too much. Went out to breakfast with K/K/A at Turning Point. Came home and went to gym, did 54 lengths, 3/4/ mile swimming in 29:40, and then did water aerobics for 20 minutes, then 4 lengths warm down, 2 breast stroke, 2 side stroke. Used a total of 450 kcal.
