6/26/22: Woke 4:40. Went to Lindenwold, thought there was a food distribution going on for South Jersey Food Bank, but it was yesterday.  Cam home, made beds, did moderate stretching and calisthenics.  Then went to Koh Ami ceremony for depositing Torahs from MKor to Temple Emanuel (Koh Ami now).  Walked about 1 mile total. Weight 184.

6/25/22: Woke 8, stripped beds/washed sheets, made beds. Enhanced stretching and calisthenics. 1:39 using about 650 Kcal.  Then got on bike and did 17.25 miles in about 1:30, using about 860 Kcal.  Found a quarter and a set of keys.  Will try to track down owner.

 6/24/22: Woke at 7:33, made beds.  Did enhanced stretching and calisthenics. Somehow - added some side exercises which extends the normal 1:30 timing. 1:42, using about 700 Kcal.  Weight 182. Plus swim, 72 lengths (+2 warm down), 1 mile in 37:12, using 400 Kcal.

 6/18/22: Woke 6:46, stripped beds/washed sheets and made beds. Enhanced Stretching and calisthenics, 1:37, using 650 Kcal.  Mowed lawn, edged lawn, got rid of all weeds in curbs, cracks on sidewalk, etc.  Used blower to clear all the debris. 2:34 using about 1200 Kcal.  Then cleared out dead branches and vines from evergreens by the side of the house. 1/2 hr. 300 Kcal. Watered all plants with rain water. Wt. 183.

 6/17/22: Woke 7:40, made beds. Moderate Stretching and calisthenics. 40 min using 400 Kcal. Then went to Camden gardens and "wacked" large portion of weeds with "whip" and planted about 40 veggies. 3 hours using about 1500 Kcal. Wt. 184

 6/13/22: Woke 7:30, made beds, did moderate stretching and calisthenics, 54 minutes using about 500 Kcal, Weight 183. Pooped 2X, early in morning, very solid pieces, 2nd more loose. Did not want to overdo the exercise in deference to yesterdays biking 68 miles. Decided to get rid of the weeds at apron of driveway and other expansion joints on driveway.  Very hot out, did 1 hr. using about 400 Kcal.

Sunday. Voorhees, cloudy then RAIN (Bike-A-Thon)(Ben Franklin to Bader Field)(68 miles)(5.5 hrs.)(3400 Kcal)(Wt. 186)

 6/12/22: Woke 4AM, went to Ben Franklin Bridge with bike via Lindenwold Station, got to base of bridge, raining, then saw flash of lightening over the bridge with a tremendous boom.  Started biking in the rain and for the first 16 miles was raining pretty steady, let up then would come down pretty good. Stopped at 2nd rest stp and the skies opened up with heavy rain, I was under a tent until the rain let up a little.  Then rain on and off until just before I hit the US Airforce base.  Basically rode through 3 major rain cells.  Total mileage 68.4 miles using 3400 Kcal.  Stopped and 2nd and 4th rest stops, about 15 minutes each.  Total running time, 5.5 hours, with elapsed time being 6 hours. Absolutely SPENT.  Did not even try to bike from Bader field to New Convention Center where the train station was.  Took shuttle, I had to wait an hour for it to leave Bader field, which was K with me since I needs to rest. Got home took a warm shower weight 186? and went to bed around 9:30, woke

 6/10/22: Woke 7:28, made beds.  Moderate stretching and calisthenics.  In deference to Sunday Bike A Thon.. 52 minutes/400 Kcal. Weight 183.  Rained previous night. Decided to save gas and do all errands on bike. Went to bank to get some cash, then to gym, swam 1 mile (plus 2 warm down laps), 72 lengths, 38:57, using 400 Kcal. Biked 13 miles in about 2 hrs. really struggled on the last 2 miles from shop-rite-where I picked up 2 cartons of soy milk.

 6/7/22: Woke 7:30, did not sleep well.  Had to get up 2X to pee because of fluid given to me during double red donation. Happens each time I donate double reds.  Ugh.(Wt. 184).  Woodworking, removed rotted wood from doors of shed on deck and replaced with painted wood, Screwed everything together and caulked the crap out of it.  Painted both doors. 4 hrs. using about 1600 Kcal...totally exhausted.

6/3/22: Woke7 AM. Did moderate stretching and calisthenics, 45 min, using 400 Kcal. Walked boardwalk stopped at Dunkin and got free donuts and drinks.  Won a few $5 gift cards on a wheel of fortune type wheel. Later walked to dinner and back, total 3+ miles, about 400 Kcal. Drove home, got home around 10 PM

6/2/22: Woke7:50 did light stretching and calisthenics. 20 minutes, 150 Kcal, drove to Belmar to see son, d-in-law-grand daughter.  Packed stuff  to take to beach, played in sand, carried stuff back to rental. About 2 miles walking, 300 Kcal. Wt. 183
