1/30/20: Got up around 7AM.  Finally decided to go to gym and swim.  Did 1.25 miles+ in the fastest time I could manage. 43:22 using 500 Kcal, wt. 185.

Tues.Cloudy/cold (S)(1.25 miles+)(46:29)(500)(Wt. 190)+(3 mile walk at Anti Drumpf rally in Wildwood)

1/28/20: Woke 8AM.  Went to gym and did 90 lengths, 1.25 miles in 46 min, using 500 Kcal + went to anti-Drumpf rally in Wildwood with Jon Schwartz.  3 miles walking.  Wt. 190.

Fri. Sunny/cool/cold (Swim)(1.5 miles+)(57:08)(600 Kcal)+(water aerobics)(20 min)(200 Kcal)(Wt. 186)

1/24/20: Up at 8AM, waited for electric company rep till 10:30...no show.  Went to gym to swim and do water aerobics.  Swim, 110 lengths (+2 warm down lengths), about 1.5 miles+, 600 Kcal, 57:08 plus water aerobics, 20 min, about 200 Kcal., weight, 186.

1/22/20: Got up 7:30AM. Made a smoothie and decided to swim.  Went to gym and did 144 lengths, 2 miles in 1:15:38 using 800 Kcal.  Wt. 188

Sat. Very cold some snow (Treadmill)(1:02)(3.5 mph)(3.55 miles)(575 Kcal)

1/18/20: At Ken/Kelly/Aubrey gym at main floor.  Used treadmill for 1:02, incline 9, speed average 3.5 mph, 3.55 miles, 575 Kcal.

Wed. Sunny/mid 50s (S)(1.75 miles)(1:00:27)(700 Kcal)(Wt. 188)

1/15/20: Got up around 8AM. Looked too cold to ride bike so I opted to swim.  Went to pool and did about 1.75 miles in about 1 hr.  Wt. 188. When I was coming home the car temp readout was 55 degrees...could have ridden. meh.

Tues. Cloudy/drizzling (Total Gym+ Fre weights)(38:15)(400 Kcal)

1/14/20: Got up around 9AM.  Waited on electricians that were swapping out all fluorescent fixtures in basement, kitchen and laundry room. They left for lunch and came back finished before 2PM. Decided to psych myself up to do free weights and total gym. 38:15 using about 400 Kcal.

1/11/20: Got up around 9 AM. Decided to take box and wood scraps to Mkor.  Came back, weather was warm! Decided I was not going to get a lot of chances to bike liket his weather...so, I bundled up and went out for 17.4 mile journey in about 1.5 hrs.  Stopped and picked up a lot of copper tubing off a water weater someone was throwing away on Jackson Ave. Rode with the piping home.  About 870 Kcal.

Fri. Some sun/cooler in morning/50s in afternoon (S)(1.5 miles)(54:36)(600 Kcal)(Wt. 191?)+(Woodworking)(2.5 hrs.)(750 Kcal)

1/10/20: Got up 8AM, had smoothie for breakfast, went to gym and swam 110 lengths/1.5 miles in 54:36, using 600 kcal.  Got home and felt ambitious and completed 4th box for Purim shpiel. 2.5 hrs, using about 750 Kcal  Wt. 191, must have been from Martin's Bris party, ate too much!

1/8/20: Woke around 8AM. Decided to go to gym and do the "hard" work out.  Got through Stairmaster, speed 8 for 16 min, balance at 5 (25 min total), flights 105, steps 1675, max HR 148, SHOULD have rested a few min before treadmill.  Poohed out after 11:11 min on treadmill, incline 9, speed 3.7 mph, distance 0.68 kcal 138, max HR 130.  Decided to finish work out with swim.  54 lengths/ about 3/4 mile, 300 Kcal in 28:39.  Final weight 187.  Total Kcal=733.

Mon. Some sun/not too cold (S)(1.25 miles)(500 Kcal)(46:46)(Wt. 186)+(Wood working)(2 hrs.)(500 Kcal)

1/6/20: Got up 8AM. Went to gym for swim, 90 lengths, 1.25 miles, 500 Kcal, wt. 186.  Decided to try and make a box outside. Got most of box made, need only sand one side and add handles. 2 hrs. 500 Kcal

Sat. Rainy/cold (R)(8160 meters)(40:14)(450 Kcal)

1/4/20: Got up around 9AM. Changed and went to basement for rowing. 40:14, 8160 meters, using 450 Kcal.

Thurs. Sunny/50s (Woodworking)(3 hrs.)(600 Kcal)+(Stairmaster)(12 min)(145 Kcal)+(treadmill)(23 min)(1.35 miles)(263 Kcal)(Wt. 184)

1/2/20: Worked on 2nd box for MKor. 3 hrs using about 600 Kcal  Layr came to install film on new sliding glass doors.  This time I got them to do BOTH sides of all the glass fixtures!  The guy even transported the box to the synagogue for me!  (Tried to tip him $50 but he would not take it.) Went to gym.  Did stairmaster for 12 min at speed 8, 52 floors, 830 steps, 145 kcal (max Heart rate 158), then treadmill, 3.7 mph, incline 9, 263 Kcal, distance 1.35 miles, max heart rate 128.  Total Kcal 1008! Wt. 184.
