9/29/19: Got up aroun 8AM. Decided to row downstairs.  Rowed 10,021 meters in 48:13 using 562 Kcal.  Son, daughter in law and grand daughter here!

9/27/19: Got up 7AM. Took car in for rattle, turns out the rear view mirror needs to be replaced. They will order and call me when its in.  Also they had to adjust tire pressure. After working on the Practical exam for hours, finished and sent it to Forster, said he did not get it, sent it again via my aol account. Went for bike ride, Red bike has flat front tire, will take that to lbs tomorrow morning. Will go pick up family from Hoboken tomorrow. Rode about 24.56 miles in 2:10, using 1230 Kcal.

9/24/19: Woke at about 7:30AM. Breakfast out with family at Turning Point (pancakes), then took Mother-in-law and brother in law to airport.  Got home and decided to bike after I called Giant Fitness and they said pool would not be open until 8PM!  Really?  Went for bike ride down Cross Keys Road.  16.4 miles in about 1:20, using 900 Kcal.

9/23/19: Woke at 7AM. Decided to bike to Auto Lenders to see if they had my plates, went to Wells Fargo to deposit daughter's check and fax Insurance coverage to the loan department.  12.9 miles in about 55 min, using 650 Kcal.  Wt. 183

9/21/19: Got up around 7AM.  Changed and went out to gardent to rip out all vines and take down two garden plots.  3 hrs. using 900 Kcal.  Wt. 185.

Fri. Sunny/warm (Walk)(4 miles)(300 Kcal)(1.5 hrs.)

9/20/19: Went to Son/ daughter in law to visit grand daughter.  Switched cars with son.  Took Grand daughter for walk and trekked around Jersey City to change title on car. 4 miles in about 1.5 hrs. using about 300 Kcal.

9/18/19: Did not sleep well, woke 5AM to pass liquid, couldn't go back to sleep.  Computer for a while, then around 6:30, went to sleep, woke around 9:10. Went to get money, drop off phone to "salazar"- found phone along 561 while riding bike, then went to gym.  Did stairmaster for 22 min, speed 8 and then 18th min pushed speed to 9, then 19th min, pushed speed to 10, then warm down at 5 for 2 min. Time 22 min, steps 1620, flights 104, kcal 288. Then rested for 2 min and onto treadmill, 42 min, speed 3.4 mph, incline 8, 455 kcal, distance 2.42 miles.  Total kcal=742, wt. 181.  Then met Mom-in-law, brother in law and spouse at Turning point for lunch.

Tues. Sunny, mid 70s (B)(15 miles)(1:10)(750 Kcal.)

9/17/19: Cleaners came about 8:30.  I changed and bike last cucumber to Bill at Ashland Computer using circuitous route. about 1:10 about 750 Kcal, 15 miles

9/16/19: Walked to Auto Lenders to retrieve blue car.  Bought new\used Lincoln MKZ 2016.  Will give Camry to son. 2 miles in about 45 min. 200 Kcal

9/15/19: Grand daughter and family comes to visit. I used stroller to walk grand-daughter around block several times and then to Shop Rite and back. About 6.5 miles. 500 Kcal. Wt. 187.

9/13/19: Got up 9AM, finished reading a book till 2AM. Changed - went to Card store to get wife anniversary card, then went for bike ride.  Stopped at chimney/fireplace store on 73 re: chimney guy I made appt. with said he could not safely clean chimney because of their insert.  The fireplace company gave me chimney cleaning crew that really knew what they were doing. Called them and made appt. in OCT!.  They are booked up till then. Did 20.5 miles in about 1.5 hrs. using about 1000 Kcal.

9/11/19: Made two flags for mailbox. one black for today 9/11 and one light blue, discovered I had an American flag that might fit the pole, we shall see.. Decided to get rid of two white pine roots that were lifting up walkway. A lot of digging and finally used bow saw to cut the offending roots.  Had to remove 9-10 blocks and remove stuff below the blocks to even the blocks out.  2 hrs. using about 600 Kcal.  Then went to gym, swam 90 lengths, 1.25 miles+, using 500 Kcal, then disconnected the lane lines and walked in 3+ feet of water for 1/8 mile.  Probably won't do that again.  Takes to long to reattach the lane lines.  Used about 100 Kcal for the walking. Total 1300 Kcal. wt. 181

9/10/19: Got up 7AM. Went to Shop Rite got some groceries, then went to financial advisor to drop off signed papers.  Stop to see Neil Levine. Came home and decided to rearrange two sheds so I could put snow blower in base of shed by itself.  Took over 4 hrs. using about 800 Kcal, wt. 183

9/9/19: Got up around 7AM, lounged in bed till 7:30.  Changed and went on two errands.  Post office to drop off box to my brother and Batteries Plus to get replacement battery for my portable drill.  Batteries plus did not have the battery I needed, left battery there to be recycled though. 20.25 miles in about 1.5 hrs using about 1000 kcal.

9/8/19: Woke around 7AM. Decided to mow lawn, edge lawn, weed, sweep up debris, get extra gas for winter (snowblower). 2 hrs. about 600 Kcal.

9/7/19: Got up around 7AM, lazed in bed till 8.  Then stripped bed and washed sheets.  Went out for bike ride. 24 miles in about 2 hrs. Wt. 182. Had to take Trek bike (Blue) because Red (Strada) had a rear flat.  Fixed it when I got home.

9/6/19: Got up around 8AM.   Had a yogurt for breakfast and some water on my way to gym.  Did stairmaster for 25.5 min, 310 Kcal, steps 1800, Floors 112, speed 8 (with last min being speed 10), max. Heart Rate 150.  Treadmill, 3.4 mph, incline 8, time 47 min., kcal 495, distance 2.65 miles, max heart rate 138.  Wt. 182

9/3/19: Up around 7AM. Made bed.  Went to gym then shop rite and Home depot (for shower holders for mother in law when she comes). Did 92 lengths, about 1.25 miles in 45:49 using about 500 Kcal.  Wt. 180

9/2/19: Some sun, little rain. Went bowling with wife. 3 games each, used about 300 kcal.

9/1/19: Got up around 8-9 AM.  Washed sheets, refinished nightstands with varnish and varnished head board of bed.  Went to gym.  Did Stairmaster, speed 8, floors, 103, time 23 min, steps 1680, kcal 285, max heart rate 150.  Then did treadmill, speed 3.4 mph, time 43 min, distance 2.45 miles, incline 8, kcal 463, max. heart rate 138.  Total Kcal=748.  Wt. 179.
