Later, after luncheon at Hamilton, changed clothes and did a "slow" 16.44 miles to Atco speedway and back in 1:29, using about 825 kcal. Went later, after 2:40PM.

4/26/24: Days off because surgery on the 22nd, 2 lipomas (lower left abdomen), one blood clot upper chest .  Both tested negative for cancer or pre-cancer. Woke 7AM, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:22 using about 800 Kcal, weight 192. Incisions still slightly sore.

 4/22/24: Woke 3:30, could not sleep. Made beds and did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 56 minutes, using about 500 Kcal, weight 193.  Fasted from 3PM of 4/21/24 through surgery that required me to be at hospital at 6AM.  Got out around 8:30.  Low to moderate pain. Two lipomas removed and one questionable inclusion right upper chest. Woozy

 4/21/24: Woke 7 something, made beds.  Did free weights for 54 min, 600 Kcal, weight 194.  Distributed horseradish, not enough jars as per orders, so stopped at Shop Rite picked up 5 lbs of root and made 13 jars at home and delivered them to synagogue before 2PM.  Told everyone that they were there.

 4/18/24: Woke 7:15/ made beds.  Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, using about 800 Kcal, weight 194.  Had cardiologist appoint at 9 AM yesterday, skipped that day of exercise.

 4/16/24: Woke 7:12 made beds. Contractors broke irrigation PVC, lost about 100 gallons of water before they shut off the valve in the basement! Did free weights for 1 hour.  Opened all windows upstairs to cool off top floor while I was exercising. Used about 600 Kcal, weight 191.  Did a blood pickup at Lochead Martin.

4/15/24: Woke 7:28 made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:26 using about 800 Kcal. Weight 191.  Went to Voorhees Construction for permit talk, need variance.  Look like this is a deal breaker.  Went to Shop Rite picked up horseradish stuff and delivered it to synagogue and set up everything.  Discovered that the 2 new cuisinarts are missing. Checked with all the people there and looked for more than 2 hours, no find?

4/7/24: Woke 7:40, made beds vacuumed top floor and bathrooms. Skipped formal exercises, rather, set up sprinkler system, turned on water in front so I could wash cars.  Took 2 hrs to wash both cars and vacuumed wife's car.  Used about 600 Kcal.
