Did Extended stretches, 1:06, using about 500 Kcal.  Weight 185.  Strange dreams about losing a box cutter knife, it was returned to me, seems like, several times, but I kept losing it? Strange dreams. Grand daughter comes to visit! Labor day week-end.

9/2/21: Woke 8:15.  Had acid reflux, took 4 TUMS tablets at 3AM. Made beds, opened all windows top floor, air temp 66! Enhanced stretching and enhanced weights. 1:36 using 800 Kcal.  Then mowing lawn and edging lawn, and sweeping up the debris.  2.5 hrs. 800 Kcal.
