3/31/19: Woke around 7:30.  Had breakfast yogurt and went to gym after I phoned and was told pool would be open after 12 noon.  Swam 12:30 for 44:06, doing 90 lengths, using 500 Kcal, about 1.25 miles.  Weight 188.

Sat.Little clouds/cool, then warm and sunny (B)(20.56 miles)(2 hrs.)(1200 Kcal)

3/30/19: Got up around 8AM, had a smoothie, then got a little bundled up to ride bike since it was sup[posed to get to low 70's today.  Left house around 10 got back around noon.  Dropped of cartridge to Office Depot in Eagle plaza, found it was closing! Went circuitous route home, 20.56 miles in about 2 hrs. using 1200 Kcal.

Got up 7:30 AM.  Stripped bed and started laundry. Went to Gym did 22 min. on stairmaster, 104 floors, 290 Kcal, level 8 speed, steps 1650.  Then treadmill, 3.8 mph, 350 Kcal, 2.5 miles, incline 4, 40 min.  Total kcal=640

3/25/19: Got up 8 AM.  Got gas, food at two different stores/ Shop Rite and BJs (renewed membership-2 years, about 80 bucks).  Ground meat after I put away groceries. Then went to Gym to swim. 110 lengths, 1.5 miles+ in 48:58.  Good time!  Weight 186. Met. with TIAA, they suggested tax planner.

3/24/19: Went to visit son and daughter in law, fixed a bunch of stuff and brought home about as much as I could fit in and on top of car.  Did not get home till after midnight.  on the 24th, got up around 7:30AM, unpacked car and distributed stuff to be donated versus stuff that I was keeping (like the fold out table and the island I made them. About 2 hrs.  WAS going to gym, but when I called they said pool was going to be in use until 5PM.  Took a quick nap and decided to work on my night stand replacement.  2.5 hrs. using 500 Kcal, plus the car unpacking...about 200 kcal.  700 kcal in all

3/22/19: Woke up just before 5AM.  Went to sub for Lauren Goldstein Bio/AP Bio, at Steinert, but was shoveled off to US History.  That will not happen again/.  Subbed till about 3PM, drove home changed and bundled up for bike ride.  Did 17.17 miles in about 1.5 hrs. using about 900 Kcal.  Got home and it started to SLEET!.

3/19/19: Got up 8AM.  Managed to get myslef to gym and do stairmaster and treadmill with 5 lbs weights each hand.  Stairmaster speed, 8!, 22 min, 1600 steps, 98 floors, 280 Kcal.  Treadmill, 3.4 MPH, 2.4 miles, incline 2, 42 min. Cal according to machine 270, with hand weights...about 320.  Alternating arm curcls with weight over 42 min.  Wt. 184!

3/17/19: Woke 8AM. Did some wood-working for Voorhees Pediatric, about 2 hrs, 400 Kcal. Then went to Gym, swam 90 lengths, did not have newer googles, so I had to stop twice to adjust so they did not leak.Slowed my time. 48:59. 1.25 miles, using 500 Kcal.  Total Kcal = 900.  Wt. 187

3/15/19: Decided to save gas and because it was soooo warm out...rode bike to drop of tax return to NJ State to post office (7 dollars, really?) and then biked to gym, swam 90 length, 1.25 miles in 44:22, using 500 Kcal, then biked home.  Miles biking 12.2 miles in about 1 hr. using 600 Kcal.  Total Kcal=1100 ....wt. 186.

3/14/19: Ken/Kelly's Anniversary.  Got up around 7:30AM. Did some woodworking for Voorhees Pediatric Hospital.  Volunteered for 2.5 hrs.  Had lunch, came home, changed for riding bike.  1:40 doing about 20.5 miles, using about 1200 Kcal. Yesterday I found out my brother is going to be a father.  he's 68! I just shook my head.  His baby is due in Aug, my grand daughter is due June 17th.

3/12/19: Got up around 8AM, decided to walk to Supermarket and pick up trash along the way.  2 miles to Shop Rte, filled 4 big shopping bags full of trash.  Walked back with just groceries. 3 hrs. using about 900 Kcal, walking about 6 miles.

3/11/19: Got up 8 AM. Went to gym, swam 90 (+2 incidental laps)43:47, pretty good time. Then did water aerobics for 22 min.  Tot. Kcal=650 Kcal.  Wt. 187.

3/10/19: Got up around 8AM.  Changed and went to gym to swim, but there was some class going on.  Switched to recumbent bike rolling hills resistance for first 40 min, then 15 resistance for last 13 min.  Total 12 miles in 53 min, using 405 Kcal.  Did 25 push ups, then got in water rowing machine, maximum 15 resistance, for 20:35, going 4003 meters using 220 Kcal.  Total Kcal=625.  Wt. 185

3/8/19: Got up at 7AM. Stopped at AC Moore, did not have hook rug yarn. Went to Walgreens to buy new flavors that daughter formulated in Peanut M&Ms.  Then went to gym.  Did 24 min of stairmaster and 38 min of treadmill.  Total 570 Kcal.  Then went out to lunch with MFS alumni friend.

3/6/19: Got up around 8AM.  Was called by Hamilton BOE to do long term sub till end of year at "West" for $256 per day.  I had to turn it down.  It would have jeopardized my retirement pension.  I told them I could "fill in" for no more than 4 days in any week. Went to BJs and stocked up on items before membership expires at end of March. Then went to Gym, did 42 lengths of pool, and 21 min of water aerobics.  Used about 500 Kcal.  Wt. 186

3/5/19: Got up 5AM, couldn't sleep.  Went to Nottingham and filed all paperwork for subbing. Bought Girl Scout Cookies from Michelle. Then went to Paterson NJ for an interview, building was old, a mess and way too far away.  I cancelled interview.  Drove home to gym (4 hrs of driving).  Dropped off 2 boxes of GS cookies at gym and swam 90 lengths (about 1.25 miles+) using 550 Kcal along with core twisting in water.  Wt. 187.

3/3/19: Got up around 8AM. Changed to go to gym.  Did 22 min on stairmaster at level 7, 1450 Steps, 90 floors, using 260 Kcal, then on treadmill with two 10 lbs hand weights, doing curls 2 min on 1 min off for 40 min, 3 min warm down.  240 Kcal, 2.3 miles, incline 2, 3.2 mph.  Total Kcal=500 kcal+ weight 650 Kcal.  Wt. 185!

3/1/19: Got up 8AM. Shoveled snow of my driveway, sidewalks and steps.  Then shoveled sidewalks of neighbors and driveway apron of George.  30 min, using about 200 Kcal.  Then went to Gym did 110 lengths (2750 yards), over 1.5 miles in 55:29, using about 600 kcal.  Wt. 187
