Went to Garden center with spouse and bought eggplant, cucumber, tomatoes, decorative plants for front raised garden beds (using Verizon funds card), brought them home and planted the decorative plants in front raised garden, about 45 min, using about 250 Kcal. Kept veggies inside near back window until sure there will be no cold nights to kill them.

 4/24/22: Woke 6:40, made beds temporarily, after exercise stripped them down, washed sheets and towels, made beds.  Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:31, using 650 Kcal.  Weight 182. Gardening, planted 12 bulbs, numerous seeds and watered them.  Weeded from raised garden, the back part of the front yard raised garden, repaired small raised garden, weeded that one, weeded the large back raised garden, put in large ceramic tiles in rear raised garden so I could put another few inches of top soil. 2:50 using about 1500 Kcal.

 4/22/22: Woke 6:46, made beds. Did enhanced stretching and calisthenics, plus enhanced weights, 2:04 using 1100 Kcal.  Wt. 182 Biking afterwards. 11 miles, went to REI and got new batteries for odometer, cost, 8 bucks, found nickel on the way home.  About 1 hour of actual riding, took 2 hrs. total, 550 Kcal for 11 miles.  Decided it was such a nice day I would wash and wax my car, vacuum the interior, treat the leather front seats and steering wheel, then washed the floor mats and dried them before putting them back in car. When wife came home decided to wash her car and the wheels also. 2.5 hrs., using 750 Kcal.  Was really exhausted.  Wife's friend comes in from Georgia. We went to All You Can eat sushi, ate too much, but meh....

Later, went out to "find" frozen carrots for wife. Went to eyeglass place to pick up glasses, then to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and Shop Rite on 73 near the Olga's circle. 17.4 miles with multiple stops, 3 hrs, using 850 Kcal.
