10/28/21: Woke 8:30. Made beds, stretched for 35 min, 250 Kcal, got sharpened knives, went to gym for swim, 1 mile, 37:40, using about 400 Kcal.  Gym scale weighed 181.5! Went with relatives to all you can eat sushi.

Jersey Food bank, 800 Kcal.  Then Guy came over to look over the stuff I stored in garage, netted about 250 bucks. Then cleaned up garage, 2 hrs. using about 600 Kcal.  After all exercise, weighed 182.

Swam 1/4 mile in about 10 min, was very tired! Walked 1/4 mile in 15 min and then did 1/8 mile swimming in 5 min.  Used about 300 Kcal. Weight in their scale was 185 as well.
