 8/31/22: Woke 7AM, made beds...actually slept in other middle bedroom. Made other beds. Decided to do enhanced stretching and enhanced calisthenics. Time: 1:43, using about 800 Kcal, weight 182. Plus swimming 72 lengths in 39:42, using about 400 Kcal.  Did 4 extra laps, 2 warm down breast stroke and 2 for moderate speed with an adolescent swimming in the lane next to me. Weight at gym scale, 181!

 8/29/22: Woke 7:40, made beds.  Right wrist and right thumb hurts since yesterday after weighted exercise.  Shingrix side effect again, has the same symptoms.  Still able to do 50 push ups, but was challenging. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 58 minutes using 500 Kcal. Weight 181.

Got check for my work at The Spot in Echelon Mall, 1.25, so took bike to deposit check at Wells Fargo and continued randomly, and circled back. 17.45 miles in about 1:39 using about 875 Kcal.

Wanted to go to supermarket to get something for dinner, could not make myself use the car, so I hopped on bike and went 4.4 miles in about 30 min. using about 100 Kcal.  Also watered plants by hand and turned on sprinkler system. Changed water filter and air filter for house.

After getting back from St. Joe's picking up Gummy bear experiment, decided to work on outdoor library for 1.5 hrs. using about 500 Kcal.

Rained very early in the morning, now cloudy and very warm. Weed pulling, picked eggplant for daughter dinner tonight.  Cut trees and got rid of weeds at base of driveway. 2 hours using 600 Kcal.  dinner with daughter and K.
