3/28/24: Woke 6:24, made beds.  Did free weights for 46 minutes using about 550 Kcal, weight 192. Vacuumed  master bedroom and planted some seed inside.

Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:32, using about 800 Kcal, weight 192.  Decided to make dehumidifier stand for basement out of left over 3/4" treated plywood.  Took about 2 hrs using about 600 Kcal. Moved some plywood from my side of garage to back shed. Paid contract 9400 bucks for the HydroGap (2900) covering for the plywood on outside of house and for the reframing of all 22 windows (6500).

Got Soc.Sec. check for 2.5K, wrote out check for 15K to construction company. Luncheon at Otts. Construction company started taking down siding this morning.  I threw away excess debris in dumpster on the drive way.

Yesterday over ate at Bermans house and had too much for dinner.  Weight 194? Decided to tackle making a raised garden bed (5X8), took 2:47 minutes and about 1500 Kcal.

Such a nice day, decided to bike, on my way home found hand barbell in decent condition with 15 lbs of weights so the last 4 miles I had an extra 20 lbs in my backpack. 18 miles using about 900 Kcal.
