 3/24/22: Woke7:15, made bed. Moderate stretch/calisthenics, 50 min., using about 450 Kcal. Travel day.  Went to visit mother in law, went straight to chgo ohare airport, dropped off rental, then took flight home. Got to Phila. airport, got luggage and got completely turned around trying to get to parking garage where car was, about $140? for parking. Finally found my way out to I95 and stopped for food on way home.  Collected mail from neighbor!

 3/23/22: Woke 7:04.  Did not sleep well, but needed no pain pills for possible injury of rear end collision previous night. Made bed. Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:36 using about 625 Kcal. Wt. 185.(had a 3 hour crap show with AVIS to get another replacement rental.  AVIS said there was a car available at Libertyville, M.G. female, dropped us off, but after an hour plus there, they had no car.  AVIS had a car service pick us up and get us to the Chgo airport, where AVID insisted they needed to know where the wrecked car was and/or the towing company, I gave them the police report number and phone number.  Finally they gave me a replacement car. Total 3+ hours.  We went to visit Mother in law.

 3/22/22: Woke 7AM, made bed. Light stretching and calisthenics, 15 min, 150 Kcal. Visited mother in law and walked the path behind journey care, laps, 3.92 miles in 1:20, using 600 Kcal. No weight. Had car accident coming home after visiting and then having an Indian type dinner. Kevin E. Butler (in a blue car) ran into the back of the rental car, while we were stopping behind one care at a red light, 7:30 PM, since I had my foot on the brake, we did not hit the car in front but we were pushed and turned slightly to the left, not quite into on-coming traffic, with me and wife in car, at high speed. Lincolnshire Rt. 21 and Marriot Drive (Milwaukee Ave.), police report number 2022-4193, call 866-215-2771. Both cars were total, Wife shook up badly, hit right knee and tenderness in neck (checked out by ambulance personnel), - I was basically shook up but refused to go to hospital. Got call from dentist telling me they refunded all the money for "Carrington Insurance for all work done except for the previous cap which was within the first year of the insurance coverage. Roofing guy came and fixed the dented gutter on side of house across from Lee's house and the dented gutter guard outside of my window. Did telephone interview with Adam Lee of Pine Hill School for long term sub at 11 AM.
