 10/28/20: Got up 8AM (had a bout of apnea during night. ugh).  Made beds and did 15  min. of morning exercises. 150 Kcal. Still a kink of pain in back, right hand side.  Still plan to volunteer at So. Jersey food bank today and give blood tomorrow.

 10/22/20: Woke around 8:30. Made beds, decided yesterday and today NOT to do morning exercises, thought to give body a rest. Had physical, I weighed with clothes 194.5. Got flu/bacterial shots.Came home had a salad and went for ride since the weather was in the 70s.  Did 21.31 miles in 1:54, found 21 cents. Wt. 193

 10/20/20: I predicted some politically life changing event would occur today, we shall see.  Woke a little after 8AM.  Made beds and set fit bit to monitor weight work out. 45 min, 510 Kcal, wt. 195. Turned nice out, decided to go for "short bike ride. 17.52 miles in 1:50 using 875 Kcal found 37 cents

 10/15/20: Got up a little after 9, about 9:10.  Made beds, did morning exercises, enhanced X3 45 min, using 450 Kcal.+ decided to bike the "tablet" I found on Rt. 73, to see if it was able to be repaired.  Bulbs/Battery place.  Can't be repaired. Left it there, they will recycle.  Came home, 16.4 miles, using about 800 Kcal.  Decided to change tire on other bike, 1/2 hr. Final weight, 192

 10/13/20: Got up around 8:15, made beds.  Kink in my neck I  had for the last 3 days seem to have subsided.  Made beds and decided to do morning exercises.  Managed 55 push ups! The rest, enhanced exercises.  35 min, using about 350 Kcal, wt. 194.

Came home baked stuff and started shrimp dinner.  Ran out of sugar, decided to walk to Aldis (4 miles) to get 12 lbs of sugar, so had an extra 12 lbs in back pack on way home. 1:25 min, using 750 Kcal  Wt. 195

Decided to bike ride, perfect day, mid 60s. 1:52, 21.58 miles using about 1075 kcal, then came home and mowed lawn for 20 min, using about 200 Kcal.  Final weight 193
