 10/22/22: Woke 6AM, stripped beds, washed sheets/towels, made beds. Went to Lindenwold to help South Jersey Food bank hand out tons of food. 3 hours, 1200 Kcal.  Very cold. Came home and tmp got near 70, so changed into bike stuff and did 17.27 miles in about 1:32 using 900 Kcal.  Weight 181.

Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics.  Went to Nottingham nd said hello to friends still there.  Then went to Jimmys in Bordentown with fellow retirees.  Came home and decided it was too  nice not to bike, so I changed and did 16.1 miles in 1:35, using 800 Kcal.  Found a combination 14mm wrench, 45 cents and a nice pair of wrap around sunglasses.
