Wed.Sun/COOL (Morning exercises/enhanced)(30 min)(300 Kcal)(Wt. 195)

 9/30/20: Woke around 8AM, made bed did enhanced morning exercises, added squats and lunges.  30 min, using about 300 kcal, wt. 195.  Went to appt. at Amiano, then delivered my voting ballot to voting place.

Tues. Cloudy/cool/warm/rainy (Morning exercises/enhanced)(30 min)+(Cleaned up hoses and plastic fencing material)(1 hr.)(300 Kcal)(Wt. 195)

 9/29/20: Got up 7:30 made bed did enhanced morning exercises, weighed 195. 30 min, 300 Kcal.  Went shopping and came back and decided to clean up all the hoses and plastic fencing, 1 hr, using about 300 Kcal.

Mon.Yom Kippur (Rainy then some sun. (Morning exercises-full)(30 min)(300 Kcal)+(Disassembled rain barrels)(2 hrs.)(500 Kcal)(Wt. 192)

9/28/20: Up 8AM.  Made bed, did full morning exercises. 30 min, 300 kcal. Later after remote services, took down all 4 rain barrels.  2 hrs. 600 Kcal  Wt.  192 .

 9/27/20: Got up 8AM. Made bed and did all morning exercises. 50 push ups were very hard. Will add 50 lbs sit turn arounds next time. 20 min. then shower. Decided to clean up other raised bed and move wood pile next to it so that next summer I will have room for more garden away from the street. 1.5 hrs. using 1000 Kcal

Sat. Cloudy/rainy, some minor sun later (Set up for South Jersey Food bank)(4 hrs.)(800 Kcal)

 9/26/20: Got up at 6:15.  Went to Lindenwold Station to help set up food distribution for S. Jersey Food bank, Unloaded and distributed 25 boxes of frozen chicken and directed traffic and put boxes of food in people's cars.  4 hrs. using about 800 Kcal.

Friday Sun/warm (Truncated morning exercises)+3.5 miles walking w/ grand daughter)(500 Kcal)

 9/25/20: Up at 6:30AM to drive to Hoboken.  Did truncated exercises, 50 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 clean and jerk, 20 lawn mower pulls, 20 curls.  Took grand daughter out 2X for walk and one playground.  Used about 500 Kcal.  Ate a large hamburger for lunch, probably too much.

Thurs.Cloudy 50-80 degrees)(Morning exercises)(25 min.)(300 Kcal)+(B)(23.36)(1:50)(1150 Kcal(Wt. 196)

 9/24/20: Woke around 7:30.  Made two sets of beds.  Then did morning exercises.  50 push ups (a "little" easier). 20 clean/jerk, 20 upright curls, 20 jumping jacks, 20 lawn mower pulls-each hand, 20 pendulums (just one 25 lb. weight), 20 sit ups, 20 prone pushes/weight above body, 20 pull overs using back of arms. About 25 min, using about 300 Kcal. Later, decided to ride bike, 23.36 miles in about 1:50, using about 1150 Kcal. Found $1.16

 9/23/20: Got up 7:30. Made bed, did morning exercises.  50 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 clean and jerks, 20 curls, 20 lawn mower pulls, 20 chest presses, 10 side curls (way too hard), 20 jumping jacks, 20 overhead pulls.  All with 25 lbs weights each hand.  Shower.

Tues.Sunny/COOL (Gardening)(2.5 hrs.)(1800 Kcal)

 9/22/20: Got up 7:30.  Did morning exercises, managed 50 push ups! Other normal exercises+20 prone butterfly pushing up50 lbs up. Then changed and went outdoors to break down main garden. 2.5 hrs. using 1800 Kcal

Monday Sunny/COOL. (Morning exercises/25 lbs each hand)+(B)(1:46)(20.58 miles)(1025 Kcal)

 9/21/20: Got up 7:30.  Better dream, felt like it was a positive start to the day! Got up - made bed, did morning exercises, bundled up for a cool/cold bike ride. 1:46, doping 20.58 miles using about 1025 kcal.

9/20/20: Morning exercises. 15 min. about 200 Kcal. 

Sat. Sunny/little cool (Morning exercise)+(3.5 miles walking)(600 Kcal)

 9/19/20: Woke around 8AM.  Grand daughter here.  Did 46 push ups,20 sit ups, 20 curls with 15 lbs weights, 20 clean and jerk with 15 lb weights and 20 jumping jacks.  From now on morning exercises will have the same # of reps, but with 25 lb. weights.  Went for walk with grand daughter, first a single mile, 2X around block, then to playground and back, about 2.5 miles. Used about 600 Kcal.

Thurs. Cloudy/rain/slightly warm (Free Weights+Total Gym)(50 min)(650 Kcal)(Wt. 195)

 9/17/20: Woke around 6:30. Made bed and did morning exercises...i.e. 45 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 clean and press, 15lbs, 20 curls 15 lbs. Went back to Mkor and help put stick on photoplacards for the audience.  Picked up sharpened materials.  Came home (pooped 2X), changed and went to basement to do free weights and total gym.  50 additional min, using about 650 Kcal  Wt. 195

Wed. Sunny/cool. (Wood working)(2 hrs.)(400 Kcal)(Wt. 196)

 9/16/20: Got up around 8AM. Made bed did 45 push ups 20 sit ups, 20 clean/jerks with 15 lbs kettle, 20 curls with same. Last night got a call from MKor to make 165 sticks for portrait placards for pew seats. Went to storage bin this morning and found enough scrap wood to make 176 sticks, took about 2 hrs using about 400 Kcal. Weight 196? I did not eat anything this morning and pooped 2X. Will deliver sticks to MKor at 4PM.  Meanwhile took shower weighed myself and have a conference call with St. Joe McCann head of Bio. dept.  at 1:30 -Zoom.

Tues.Sunny/quite cool (B)(24.7 miles)(1235 Kcal)(1:40)

 9/15/20: Got up around 7:30.  Made bed, did 47 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 Snatch and raise/15 lbs, 20 curls with 15) Aptive finally comes to give me traps and stuff, then my St. Joe class.  Then out for a bike ride, Near cold.  24.7 miles in 1:40 using 1235 Kcal

Mon.Sunny/warm/cool (45 push ups)(20 sit ups)(Clean and jerk/curls/15lbs kettle)

 9/14/20: Made bed, did 45 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 clean/jerk over head with 15 lbs ketle esch hand, 20 curls each hand.

Fri.Some sun (Free Weights+Total Gym +Rowing)(50 min)(700 Kcal)(Wt. 193)

 9/10/20: Dont remember when I woke.  Did 45 push ups/15 sit ups, free weights for 25 min and rowing 25 min, 5000 meters+, about 700 Kcal

 9/13/20: Got up 8:30. Did 16 sit ups, 45 push ups. Free weights/20 min 300 Kcal, Bike 1:30 18 miles, 900 Kcal. found 36 cents
