1/31/19: Got up around 7:30AM Went to get fingerprinted.  They won't do 2 at once. (1 for sub at Nottingham/1 for Pediatric) Went to gym and got on treadmill with a 6 incline, 3.2 MPH, 5 lb. weight each hand, 65 min covering 3.25 miles.  Wt. 189

1/30/19: Got up aroun 8AM.  Eventually got down to basement to clean.  5 hrs. using about 1000 Kcal.

1/29/19: Got up around 7:30 and went to gym.  Swam a whopping 146 lengths, 2.07 miles in 1:12, using about 880 Kcal.  Wt. 189.  Went to supermarket and shopped, brought back groceries and started cooking dinner.  Made ground pork and froze same.

1/23/19: Got up 7:30.  Decided to go to gym and do stairmaster. 21 min. level 7, 85 floors, 248 Kcal, high heart rate, 150. Then went on treadmill with 2 ten lb. weights each hand, doing alternate curls each minute, speed 3 MPH, incline 4, 40 min + 5 min warm down.  302 Kcal with hand weights=400 Kcal.  Total Kcal about 650.  Wt. 190

1/25/19: Got up 7:30AM.  Went to Urologist, decided on uro-lift. Went to gym to swim 120 lengths.  Finally measured the pool, it is a YARD pool not a meter pool ugh.  did 120 lengths 3000 yards, more than 1.7  miles in 59:22 (split for 100 lengths was 49:23). Using about 700 Kcal.  Wt. 191

1/23/19: Woke around 8:30 AM. Decided to finish shredding all past documents, pack them up and move them to curb for mass pick up on Thurs. 7 hrs. using about 700 Kcal.

1/22/19: Woke at 7AM.  Changed and went to gym to swim.  Did 100 lengths, 1.5 miles+, 2500 meters, using about 600 Kcal.  Then did water aerobics for 23 min, using about 150 Kcal.  Wt. 188

1/20/19: Woke up 7AM, worked on basement from 8AM to 4PM, using about 1600 Kcal, according to watch, walked 4.75 miles. 8 hrs.

1/18/19: Got up around 8:30, cleaners did not show up till  10:30. Manually shoveled driveway and then pulled out snow blower to do neighbors driveway and the sidewalks.  1 hr, using 600 kcal.  Wt. 193. Went to get blood test and showed Dr.s office TB test as being negative.  wt. 193

1/17/19: Got up around 8 AM and decided to tackle basement again.  Filled up paper/recycle bin and then some.  Got the crawl space pretty clean.  Worked 5 hours using about 1000 Kcal.

1/16/19: Got up around 8AM.  Waited till 12:30 PM for cleaners, never showed up, never called.  I called left message at 11:30 that I would only wait one hr.  I left at exactly 12:37.  Came home around 2:30.  No sign that cleaners were there  (no footprints in snow on porch).  I will get on line and find main #.  I went to gym, did 84 lengths in 42:03 using 500 Kcal, weight, 191

Sunday Cloudy/snowy/cold (Shoveled driveway)(20 min)+(Moved equipment for MKor)(2 hrs.)(300 Kcal)

1/13/19: Got up 7:30AM Bundled up a bit, quickly shoveled the driveway of light fluffy snow, about 1 to 2 inches.  Then went to MKor and help people move equipment in for the party expo. about 2 hrs.  Total Kcal, about 300

Sat. Sunny/COLD (S)(1.5 miles)(50:20)(600 Kcal)+(Water walking 1/2 mile)+(water aerobics)(200 Kcal)(Wt. 190)

1/12/19: Got up 8AM.  Decided to read a bit then went to appt. at a different fitness club.  100/month.  Swam and did water walking and aerobics. 100 lengths in 50:20, 1.5 miles+ then 63 "short" laps forward and backwards walking.  then some water aerobics. Total Kcal 800 wt. 190

Fri.Sunny,windy freezing (Walk with weights)(2.5 hrs.)(Average 15 lbs of weights)(5 miles)(500 Kcal)

1/11/19: Got up around 8 AM and out of the house by 9.  Bundled up and walked with 2 5 lb. hand weights on my way to supermarket.  Got apples and soy milk (about 10 lbs) and walked back, collecting change along the way (about $1.20).  Took about 1.5 hrs. for 5 miles using about 500 Kcal.  Had a general anesthesia procedure done to check out testicles/prostate, possibility for uro-lift on Wed. 1/9/19.  Rested on Thurs.

1/8/19: Got up around &:30.  Waited for GPS to come and fix area under sink (over $300 later).  Then went to gym, to swim, 100 Lengths (2500 meters...1.5 miles+) in 48:54 using 600 Kcal.  Water aerobics for 20 min, using about 200 Kcal.  Wt. 191

1/7/19: Went to South Jersey Food Bank and volunteered to help move hundred/thousands of food cans, boxes, crates, etc... 3 hrs. using about 600 Kcal.

1/6/19: Finally got in the mood to clean out the crawl space in basement.  4 hrs. using about 800  Kcal

1/5/19: Got up around 8AM. Decided to go to gym to swim after the swim team leaves gym (12 noon).  Did 90 lengths (84 strong 40:16 and 6 warm down).  Total 1.375 miles+ (2250 meters), using about 575 kcal...weight 190.

1/4/19: Got up around 9AM. Bundled up because I felt like biking.  Went out for "short" bike ride, down Hopewell to 73 and back. 17.34 miles in about 1:38, using 950 Kcal.

1/3/19:Got up around 8AM.  Did not sleep well. Changed and stopped at Pediatric Center to drop off my application to volunteer, but they said I had to email rose lynch...they could not accept my application. Then went to gym to work out. Stairmaster, resistance 7, 85 floors, 1377 steps 250 Kcal, 20:48+treadmill with two five lbs. hand weights doing curls all the time.  45 min, incline 4, 3 mph, dist. 2.15 miles. 350 kcal.  Total kcal=600 Kcal.  Wt. 188!

1/1/19: Got up around 7:30AM. Went to Grocery store and then to gym.  Did 100 lengths, 2500 meters (1.5+miles) in 49:17.  Wt. 193.  Not my fastest, but after a little holiday cheer on New Years Eve, was not bad.
