11/23/19: Woke at 7AM. Went around trying to find dried mushrooms and ingredients for pumpkin mousse. Should  have bundled up better for bike ride, but did 16.76 miles in about 1 hr 10 min using 840 Kcal.

11/22/19:  Woke up 8AM. Tried going out on bike, but it started raining.  managed only 4 miles in 20 min.  Got in car and went to gym, did 126 lengths/1.75 miles in 1:06, using 700 Kcal.  Wt. 184.

11/20/19: Woke 7:30 AM.  Raked leaves from deck and around back of house. 1 hr. filled about 4 trashcans full. Collected trash for trash day. About 300 Kcal. Then walked from Home Depot with newly bought tool cart, 2 miles in about 40 min, walked back to Home Depot, 33 min, used a total of 400 Kcal. Rearranged shed - put tools in tool chest etc... 200 kcal. Wt. 188?

11/19/19: Woke around 7:30/  Decided to rake leaves. 2 hrs. 9 trash cans full of leaves.  Used about 600 Kcal.

11/2/19: Got up around 8:30AM.  Decided to mow lawn, but looked at back porch and decided I should rake the leaves off there, and around the deck.  Had a tough time starting mower. Finally got it started, mowed all leaves and grass, with multiple trips to empty the grass/leaves combination. 4 hrs. using 1200 Kcal
