 2/22/22: Woke 8AM, made beds.  Slept terrible! Had to go downstairs to check to see if wife was home at 12:30, she fell asleep watching TV. Had very interrupted sleep, not very relaxing at all.  Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:30, using 1000 Kcal, weight 184. Went to gym and swam 72 lengths (1 mile) in 37:54, using 400 Kcal, did a 2 lap breast stroke warm down.

 2/20/22: Woke 6 AM, was supposed to volunteer at Lindenwold for So. Jersey Food bank, but when I arived 6:45, no one was there, waited till 8:08, no sign of anyone coming so I left and came home, stripped beds, washed sheets, made beds, went to basement and rowed for 1 hr., 12,020 meters using 654 Kcal.  Weight 183.

 2/19/22: Woke 8AM, Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:34, using 600 Kcal.  Later visiting son/daughter in law and grand daughter, walked 2 miles to playground with grand daughter, 300 Kcal, plus repaired refrigerator door, dish washing machine tightness, dryer lint clean up, kitchen sink faucet control, put up picture on wall, took railing off grand daughter's bed to made a "big girl" bed. Wt. 183.

 2/15/22: Woke 8AM, made beds. Yesterday was a skip day.  Sunny/but cold, made beds did a little rearrange in the garage, but other than that, no serious exercise. This morning did enhanced stretching and calisthenics plus enhanced weights, 2:02, using about 1000 Kcal. Wt. 183.

 2/13/22: Woke 9:30-whoa, later than usual.  Made beds.  Did enhanced stretching and calisthenics, in 1:31 time, using about 600 Kcal.  Snow is not sticking as of 12 noon, but I will clear away any accumulation if it occurs. Wt. 184.

 2/12/22: Woke 7AM, made beds...remembered I have to strip and wash sheets, argh. Took 1:38, using about 450 kcal.

2/11/22: Woke 8:30 after waking at 6:30 to pee.  Made beds, did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics for 1 hr. using about 500 Kcal, wt. 185.  Due to yesterday's lunch with retirees.  Decided to clean out crap from the garage and construct shelves- with special thanks to neighbors that threw out 10 foot by 7.5 inches by 3/4 inch think select white pine board, about 10 of these.  Had to pull out numerous "brads" but the wood was in good shape 4hrs using about 1200 Kcal.  Had lunch with Howie Greenberg regarding horseradish production. He wanted me to be point man in committee, but was concerned that I was not a member of MKor anymore.  I said I would help but not interested in joining MKor because of the merger with Temple Emanuel. He said he would bring this up with the MKor board. I said that was fine with me.  We shall see what turns up.
