5/30/22: Woke 7AM, made beds.  No stretch or calisthenics, decided to just mow front and back lawns, taking about 45 min, using about 400 Kcal  Wt. 186. Biked 4.4 miles to get milk at Shop Rite to make bread while the bread was rising, cut lawn. About 200 Kcal

 5/29/22: Woke 5:45, made bed.  Cleaned out everything from condo and drove 11 hrs. home. 2 stops for gas. Got home and did some watering and planting and gardening, about 1 hr. using about 400 Kcal Weight 185.

 5/28/22: Woke 7:30, made bed. Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:31, using about 650 Kcal. Went out to breakfast with Bill again. Biked when the rain let up and sun was out. 16.4 miles, in about 1:45, but really about 3 hrs. stopped at a Wendys for a double hamburger. Used about 850 Kcal. No weight.

Fri. Mostly sunny (Mod. stretch/calis.)(34 min.)(300 Kcal)+(B)(16 miles)(1:45)(800 Kcal)(No Wt.)

 5/27/22: Woke 7:28, made beds. Moderate stretching and calisthenics, 34 min, using about 300 Kcal. Then went for bike ride, little spitting rain, but sun was poking through.  Decided to just follow my nose and biked in the developments, eventually came out to Urgent care which I knew was on Barefoot Parkway. Did 16 miles, about 800 Kcal. No weight.

 5/26/22: Woke 7:30, made bed.  Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:31. Used 650 Kcal.  Went to pool (no one there) while still overcast and did 125 lengths, about 40 minutes, 1+ miles, using about 400 Kcal.  Then sunny, went for walk to Rt. 17 and back, about 4.15 miles using about 400 Kcal.

 5/25/22: Woke 7:20, enhanced stretches and calisthenics, 1:40, using about 650 Kcal. Went in pool, did 15 min. water aerobics using about 100 Kcal.Swam 125 lengths, a little more than a mile, since day was overcast, had pool to myself. 400 Kcal. Rode bike to beach, parked/locked bike, went for a 2 mile walk in surf, water relatively warm About 40 minutes using about 400 Kcal. Rode back, 5.8 miles total, about 300 Kcal.  Met with Neil Gilbert for dinner at Hook and Barrel.

5/24/22: Woke 7:16, made bed at Myrtle Beach-even though I did not have too...meh...Did moderate stretching, 1:05, using about 500 Kcal. Had breakfast out with Bill Mayor, Karen Coates friend.  Got back, bike the main business section Rt. 17 to 2nd Ave. about 1:45 going about 15.6 miles, using 800 Kcal , no weight.

5/23/22: Woke 5AM, car mostly packed and bike already on car. Got out of driveway about 5:30. 900+ mile drive, about 11 hours to Myrtle Beach condo. Got there with 3 stops for gas and bathroom breaks. Got there around 4:30, unpacked, changed into swim suit and got in pool for 50 lengths, abut 1/2 mile. About 200 Kcal.  No wt.

 5/22/22: Woke 8AM, stripped beds/washed sheets, made beds.  Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:38, using 650 Kcal.  Weight 184. Went to Palmeres wedding, ate a bit too much danced a little.

 5/21/22: Woke 7:45, made beds. Enhanced stretching and calisthenics. 1:37 using about 650 Kcal.  Went to visit grand daughter, son and daughter in law, walked 2 miles to playground/water splash park. 200 Kcal, weight 183.

 5/20/22: Woke 7:20, made beds. Did enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:40 using 650 Kcal.  Then went to Camden garden and moved 8 wheel barrels full (50 shovel full of mulch per container) of mushroom mulch. 1:45 minutes, came home and planted four potatoes and put up fence around raised garden in back. 15 min. used about 600 Kcal.  Wt. 183.  5/19/22:  Woke 8:13, made beds. Did enhanced stretching and calisthenics.  Made sure to do ALL the exercises and stretches, did a few extra reps on some.  1:34, using about  650 Kcal.  Weight 183. Opened all windows during exercise to cool down main bedroom, closed them before I took a shower.

 5/18/22: Woke 8:13, made beds.  Decided NOT to stretch and do calisthenics, rather bike instead.  Went to 73, Jackson Ave., left to Atsion, left on Tuckerton, that channeled into Main Street, then on 73, stopped at BJs to get dinner meat and Agave. 29.8 miles in 3:30 using about 1500 Kcal.  Mowed lawn, 30 min, and cleaned all windows, about 1 hr.  Weight 186?

 5/15/22: Woke 8:30.  After exercises, stripped beds, will wash sheets and towels and remake beds.  Did enhanced stretching and enhanced weights, 2:04 using about 1100 Kcal.  Weight 182.

5/14/22: Woke 7:45, made beds- will strip beds and wash sheets Sunday. Moderate to enhanced Stretching and calisthenics, 1:15, using 550 Kcal. Weight 181. Then went to Adler's old house and retrieved 3 propane gas cylinders, 1 empty, others filled, plus one large ceramic pot filled with dirt, fairly heavy. Placed in car and transported to Adler's new house, got the tour and had a late lunch - got home around 5 PM .

 5/12/22: Woke 7:30, made beds.  Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:38, using about 650 Kcal, weight 181. Decided to clean up back yard junk, leaves, etc... and put fence up for the large raised garden. Planted all the plants I bought, about 20 plants...eggplant, peppers, cucumbers and tried to germinate some "herb discs" I got from Camden Garden, don't know if it will grow, we shall see. Threw away a lot of material that was no longer useful and rolled up all unused green plastic fencing. 2:24 using about 1200 Kcal

 5/11/22: Woke 7:25, made beds.  Enhanced stretching and calisthenics , 1:34, using about 650 Kcal, then moved remainder of the 3 cub.yrds of dirt to back area, raised garden and planting containers, then distributed the small leftover dirt to the front lawn. Rearranged all the dreck near the deck and moved one of the picnic tables to the end of deck to put the planters on. 3:34, using about 1800 Kcal.  Wt. 180.

 5/10/22: Woke 7:45, made beds. Light to moderate stretching and calisthenics, 47 minutes, 300 Kcal, then raked leaves in back yard-stuff left over from previous fall. 2 hrs. 800 Kcal.  Wt. 184. Moved 1.5 cubic yards of soil delivered on Tues. from driveway to back raised garden, 2 hrs. total

 5/6/22: Woke 7:35, still slight pain in lower right back.  Tried enhanced stretching and calisthenics, did not make the situation worse, took shower, still a level 1 pain in back and a minor discomfort in right leg, top muscle. 1:36, using about 650 Kcal, weight 181. Going to St. Joes to meet with Brian Forster to pick up stuff left there when I was working there. Bring him cookies.

 5/5/22: Woke 8:50, made beds.  Had bad back spasms previous night, took 800 mg, Ibru. Slept OK. Decided not to do stretches, just swim, 72 lengths in 36:54, better time! Plus 2 warm down breast stroke, back pain mild, sat in message chair at gym for 40+ min. Weight on gym scale, 181. 400 Kcal

 5/3/22: Woke 8 AM, noticed toilet leaking. Turned off water to toilet. Did enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:36, using about 650 Kcal.  Weight 182.  Took apart toilet tank but could not remove all of it.  Called GPS plumbing, they will be out 5/4/2022, at 8-8:30 to repair. Till then will use other bathroom.
