6/29/19: Got up around 7AM laid in bed till 7:30. Got dressed to bike after I called Giant Fitness and pool not available till 12:30.  Went biking down Jackson Ave., VERY HOT and HUMID!.  20.65 miles, 1:40, using about 1033 Kcal, wt. 185.

6/27/19: Got up aroun 7AM. Laid in bed for 1/2 hr. Went to get haircut using bike, then decided to get cash at bank on Church. 20.8 miles in about 1:40 using about 1040 Kcal.  Wt. 185

6/26/19: Got up around 7AM.  Weird dream about subbing for school with my brother and father in car, I insisted I had to go into some restaurant and tell them to go in car without me...why I don't know.  Then my wife and I realize that I have to be at school to teach and we have to call them, but my phone was left in the car and my wife would not let me use her phone and I went wandering all around the restaurants asking people if I could use their phones.  Very strange!!! Anyway, went to Pep Boys to get a new battery and walked over to Shop Rite and back for some groceries.  The car was not quite done. Finally got car, came home put away groceries and changed to bike ride.  Went to Turnersville Nisssan to look at Leaf car.  They had none in stock and would call me when they did. Rode home, 21.5 miles total, 1075 Kcal, about 1:45.  Wt. 186

6/25/19: Got up around 8AM, futzed in garden a little, went to gym, swam a short 3/4 mile in 26:40 (54 lengths) 300 Kcal.

6/22/19: Got up around 6AM with text from son and daughter in law, Aubrey Marigold Levin born 3:03 AM 8 lbs. 14 oz.  All healthy. After texting everyone I could think of, went for a bike ride.  Perfect weather for riding, mid 70s.  Biked to Great Times Day camp and back.  22.6 miles using 1130 Kcal, wt. 186.

Fri.Cloudy/cooler/not as humid, threat of rain (S)(1.5 miles +)(55:55)+(Water aerobics)(15 min)(Wt. 184) Tot. Kcal=750

6/21/19: Got a text from Ken, Ken/Kelly at hospital awaiting the delivery of grand daughter. I got up around 7AM, stopped at bank to make deposit, then to gym where 1st they said pool taken up for unknown amount of time, I showed my displeasure and invoked Dom Balducci's name.  Suddently "allowed" to use last lane while some group was doing  lifeguard training.  I swam 110 length, 2750 yards, about 1.5 miles in 55:55 (slow time) and did water aerobics for 15 min.  Kcal=750  wt. 184.

6/19/19: Got up aroun 8AM. Cleaners. Then went to lunch with Achim. Went to gym. Did stairmaster for 101 floors, steps 1640, Kcal 285, Time 23 min, speed 8, top heart rate=150. Then treadmill; 3.4 MPH, time 42 min, 355 Kcal, incline 5, distance 2.35.  Total Kcal=640 Kcal.  Weight: 182!!!

6/17/19: Sought at new GP at Virtua Health system. Latitia Price.  Did a basic exam and history. Wt. at the Dr. office was 190? After appointment, went to gym and swam 1.5 miles+ (110 lengths=2750 feet) in 55:32 using about 600 kcal.  Gym scale had me at 183.

6/14/19: got up around 7-7:30, went to gym then to Nottingham for retirement party. Did stairmaster for 22 min, 1600 steps, floors 100 Kcal=270, speed 8, max heart rate 155. Really poohed me out, had to sit and wait for quads/gastrocnemious to recover. Then did treadmill, dist. 2.2 miles, incline 5, time 42 min, speed 3.2 mph, Kcal 340.  Wt. 184. Total Kcal610 Kcal.

6/12/19: Went to Insurance company for another quote, 700 too high.  Went on bike and then to gym on bike and swam 90 lengths (1.25 miles) and rode home.  Time of swimming 45:29, bad time, but considering the 70 miles on Sunday...oh well.  Wt.186

Tues.Rain/then sun (Mowed lawn)(30 min.)(150 Kcal)(Wt. 188)

6/11/19: Still recovering from 70 mile bike ride.  Cut law, 30 min. 150 Kcal. Wt. 188

Sunday Sunny/nice, a bit cool (B)(70 miles)(6:12)(3500 Kcal)(Wt. 188)?

6/9/19: American cancer society bike a thon from Ben Franklin Bidge to Atlantic City. 70 mile in 6 hrs. 12 min.  Would have been faster but at 50 mile mark a bicyclist hit a pot hole and flipped over and broke his clavicle, being a former EMT I helped him.  Many people stopped to help, one being an ER Dr., so he took over.  Told the rider the same thing I told him, he had a broken clavicle.  Then had a run in with another rider at mile 65 on the AC expressway.  She hit the back tire of my bike and her handle bars got attached to my bike.  She fell off and scrapped herself pretty badly.  I stopped, disentangled the bikes and treat her scrapes.  That was on top of 2 planned rest stops.  So it took me about 1/2 hr longer than it would have had I not been interrupted.  Woke up at 4 AM, got to train station by 5:30AM and finally got to starting point on Ben Franklin bridge at 6:35AM.  Used about 3500 Kcal, but weight still at 188 due to the crap I ate along the way.

6/6/19: Did one final training run in heat for Bridge to shore American Cancer ride on Sunday. 32.25 miles in 2:39, using 1625 Kcal. Wt. 185.  Volunteered at Voorhees Pediatric.

Wed. Sunny/humid (B)(12.75 miles)(1 hr.)(600 Kcal)(185).

6/5/19:  Cleaners, then rode bike to Short Hills for lunch, then to library to return borrowed book on CD.  Then home, 12.75 miles using about 600 Kcal in 1 hr. wt. 185

6/4/19: Got up around 7:30AM and made a smoothie, drank half and went to vote, then gym to swim.  90 lengths, 1.25 miles+ in 44:58, using 500 Kcal, wt. 185.  Went to Shop Rite to get some isopropyl alc. and eggs and some ice cream.

6/3/19: Went to Camden garden to clear out the rest of the weeds. 1.5 hrs. using about 500 Kcal.

6/2/19: Got up around 7AM.  Finally got out of the house and to gym.  Did stairmaster, 104 flights, 1680 steps, speed 8290 Kcal, heart rate 135, 24 min.  Then treadmill, 42 min. speed 3.5 mph, incline 4, 335 kcal, distance 2.4 miles. Heart rate 110. Total Kcal=625 Kcal, wt. 185.Total time = 66 min.
