Mon.Rainy/then a little sun/cloudy again/colder (B)(20.24)(2:40)(1012 Kcal)

3/30/20: Got up around 8AM. Checked around the house, rain barrels tilting, and to near empty one to get it to be centered again.  Put guy ropes on 2 of the four rain barrels. Got 4 planters ready for sowing seeds.  Started germination cucumber, snap peas, and two kinds of squash.  Will  get seeds or plants for peppers,eggplants, and tomatoes. Plumber came at 9AM to replace garbage disposal, 490 bucks! Wen tout for bike ride because sun was out, rode 20.24 miles from 2:10 to 3:50, 1:40 using about 1012 kcal.  As I am writing this, it starts to rain at 4:05.  Just got back in time!

3/27/20: Woke around 8AM. Went to pick up investment papers, came home put lime in lawn, then decided to kill the last bit of mulch because it will rain tomorrow and wanted to get this done when the weather was actually warm.  Completed all mulching in 2.5 hours, using about 1000 kcal.  Wt. 190.

3/26/20: Got up around 8AM. Alarm on battery back-up to my computer going off.  Went to BJs for peanut butter so I can make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for charity to give out Mon.  Then continued down 73 to battery place and replaced battery.  Came home and set to work putting more mulch in garden, then decided, since it was supposed to rain tomorrow, I would put up rain barrels.  4.5 hrs. (1:30 to 6PM using about 1800 Kcal.  Still not finished mulching, but all rain barrels are up and ready to collect rain tomorrow. Wt. 191

Tues. Sunny/cool/warm (3 hrs)(giving food out)(600 Kcal)+(Mulch)(2 hrs.)(800 Kcal)

3/24/20: Got up around 7AM. Got changed and went to Camden to help give out food. 3 hrs, using about 600 Kcal. Then got some food at Shop Rite - came home and continued to put mulch down.2 hrs, using 800 Kcal.  Total Kcal= about 1400 Kcal!

Sat. Sunny cool (Moved Mulch)(3 hrs.)(1350 kcal)

3/21/20: Got up around 8AM.  Decided to get out and move the mulch delivered yesterday.  10 yards delivered, I moved about 1/3 of this in 3 hrs. 1350 Kcal.

Fri. Some rain,sunny warm later (Woodworking)(4 hrs.)(800 Kcal)(Wt. 190)

3/20/20: Got up at 7AM.  Decided to do wood project, garden box.  4 hrs. using about 800 Kcal.  Wt. 190

Wed.Sunny/cool (South Jersey Food Bank)(3 hrs.)(600 Kcal)+(B)(19.03 miles)(950 Kcal)(!.5 hrs.)(Wt. 192)

3/18/20: Got up 6:45 to go to South Jersey Food Bank to distribute food and make food boxes, got there around 8AM left around 11:30.  Worked about 3 hrs. using about 600 Kcal. Then got changed and rode bike to Moorestown Mall and back, about 19.03 miles in about 1.5 hrs, using 950 Kca.  Wt. 192.

MondaySunny/cool/cold (W)(4 miles)(300 Kcal)(2 hrs.)

3/17/20: Went to visit Son, daughter-in-law and grand daughter.  Baby sat grand daughter and allowed the two to go out and get pampered by themselves.  Took grand daughter for a leisure walk, she slept the whole time. 4 miles, about 2 hrs.

3/15/20: Got up around 9AM. Light breakfast, took a very short nap. Decided to take a leisurely walk.  To Shop Rite and back, a little more than 4 miles in 1:20, using 500 Kcal.

3/14/20: Got up around 8AM. Modified powerpoint for St. Joseph University, then went to Kohls.  Came home bundled up a bit and Biked 20.23 miles in about 1:30, using 1010 Kcal.

Fri.Rain then sunny/warm 70 (S)(1.25 miles+)(44:38)(500 Kcal)(Wt. 191)

3/13/20: Got up around 8AM, washed sheets and remade beds. Went to gym and swam 90 lengths+2 warm down.  44:38 using 500 Kcal, wt. 191.

Wed. Some sun/clouds later/cool (S)(1.5 miles+)(600 Kcal)(Wt. 192)

3/11/20: Got up  around 8AM.  Was going to Camden garden, but Kim cancelled.  Went to Gym and swam 110 length,-2750 yards, about 1.5 miles+ in 57:20  Wt. 192.

Mon.Sunny/cool/warm (B)(27.1 miles)(2 hrs.)(1355 Kcal)(wt. 190)

3/9/20: Got up around 7:30AM. Went to Auto Lenders to get my car oil changed, free this time. Came home - changed, bundled up even though temp  in 60s.  Did 27.1 miles in 2 hrs. using 1355 Kcal (Wt. 190)

3/7/20: Got up 7AM. Decided to use up very ripe bananas for 4 breads, had to go to Shop Rite to get Yogurt for recipe, got some other things there too. Came home, finished making the breads-had to taste test to see if they were poisonous...Went to gym, did 90 lengths (1.25 miles+), in 45:09, using 500 Kcal, wt. 192.

Thurs. Sunny/warmer (Gardening)(3.5 hrs.)(1000 Kcal)(Wt. 196?)

3/5/20: Got up around 7AM got ready to give check to Home Depot but they would not accept check since they show zero balance on my account. Then went to 735 Kaighn Ave. for Camden garden.  3.5 hrs of pretty consistent gardening, 1000 Kcal.  Came home showered, weighed myself at 196?  crazy.  Oh well.

3/4/20: Got up 7 AM.  Managed to get to gym and swim 90 lengths+, 1.25 miles+ in 44:19, using 500 Kcal.  Wt. 191 Got haircut, went to Home Depot to "cash in" coupon.

3/2/20: Got up around 8-8:15. Got ready to go to St. Josephs University. Swimming hours: 7:30 AM to 9AM then 3-8PM Taught,  got home around 4:30, went out at 5PM to bike, got back 6:20, did 16.41 miles using 820 Kcal.
