4/30/19: Got up 6:15AM subbed at Eastern Regional High School in Health PE.  Mostly just walked with students around basketball court, then when it was nice outside, later in the afternoon, walked the track.  Did about 6 miles in about 2 total hours of actual walking.  Wt. when I got home was 189...no idea how that works.

4/29/19: Got up around 7:30AM. ent to Eastern Regional School to dropped of forms  that proved I did the two "classes" bullying and sexual harassment. Confirmed I am subbing there tomorrow at 7AM (MUST park in back and be there by 7:15AM). Then went to gym, did Stairmaster for 23 min, using 300 Kcal, Speed 8, floors 102, Steps 1600, then went on treadmill, 43 min, speed 3.4 MPH, incline 4, 350 Kcal, 2.35 miles with 5lb hand weight each hand doing curls.  Total Kcal, 650 Kcal.  Wt. 183!

4/26/19: Got up 7:30AM.  Made a shake for breakfast and went to gym to swim.  110 lengths, 1.5 miles+, 600 Kcal, in 54:20, wt. 185.

4/24/19: got up at 7AM.  Changed oil in car, went to Home Depot for Pepper and Eggplant plants, planted 8 plants. Changed oil, worked on two fences to stop deer from eating hostas. 4 hrs. 1200 Kcal.  Wt. 188

Tues.Cool then Hot and sunny(80s) (Mulching/prep for raised garden)(6 hrs.)(2400 Kcal)(Wt. 185)

4/23/19: Got up around 8AM. Went to Aldis for some groceries then decided to finish off the last of the mulching, put irrigation PVC in, put mulching on raised bed. 6 hrs. using about 2400 Kcal.  wt. 185.

4/22/19: Got up 7:30AM gave table top easel to neighbor, brought in children's outdoor game to house and took picture...told the coordinator that I had made this, will send photo if asked and deliver it to MKor.  Then went to gym, did 110 lengths (2750 yards=8250 feet=1.56 miles) in 56:52, then did 20 min of aerobic water exercises.  Total Kcal 900.   Wt. 185.

4/21/19: got up 8AM.  Decided to work on table top easel for Pat next door.  Also reworked my DNA mutation item and it became an outdoor hackey-sack game.  3 hrs. using about 600 Kcal. Had to go to hardware store for table saw blades and PVC pipes and connection pieces.

Friday. Cloudy/threat of rain later. (prepared both raised gardens and planted 4 tomato plants)(4 hrs.)(1200 Kcal)(Wt. 184)

4/19/19: Got up aroun 8AM. Worked on raised agrden.  Went to Lowes and got manure and garden top soil.  Moved bricks to create raised bed on the lower part. Turned over soil. Put manure and feeding top soil in lower bed. Plant and staked 4 tomatoes. Turned over garden soil in top raised bed.  Raked it out.  Put fertilizer in the soild to be absorbed. Put the fence up over both gardens.  About 4 hrs. using 1200 Kcal.  Wt. 814.

4/18/19: Got up 6:30AM.  Did some errands before going to Voorhees Pediatric Hospital to volunteer till 12 noon.  Cam home, changed and did 3  hrs. of mulching, finished all mulching except raised garden.  Total Kcal=1500.  Wt. 184.

4/17/19: Got up around 9:30AM. Dropped off final paperwork and resume to Sherri Palmer of Eastern Regional High school by bike, 50 min, 10.25 miles.  Then came home and started mulching again. 3.5 hrs.  Total Kcal 2000...wt. 185!

4/16/19: Got up around 6:30AM, don't know why, but got forms from Dr. and went to Eastern Regional High School to turn in all papers so I can sub there. Mulch was delivered 8:30AM.  I came home, changed and started to work on the lawn and mulch.  Decided to put the sprinkler system together and then worked to get wheel barrow out of shed and started to move mulch to various beds.  Planted some spaghetti squash seeds, will enclose that bed tomorrow. Worked the mulching for 5.5 hrs. using about 2200 Kcal. Wt. 186.

4/15/19: got up around 7:30AM.  Went to meeting with Eastern Regional High School. I wanted just to volunteer, they wanted me to consider subbing and doing home instruction. Have to fill out paper work and stuff, what the heck.  Then decided to put up rain barrels and pick up misc. leaves. 2.5 hrs. using 750 Kcal.  Wt. 189?

4/14/19: Got up 8:30AM...somewaht late. Tooled around for a bit, called Giant Fitness, pool open, so I went.  Swam 2.5 miles! 180 lengths (13,500 feet!)! 1:28 (split at 53 min flat for 1.5 miles and 1:01:56 for 2 miles).  Used about 1100 Kcal. Wt. 184!  Then came home and pulled out about a dozen or so dandelions!

4/13/19: Got up around 7:30-8:00 Went to grocery store for necessities and LOEWS for lawn fertilizer.  Fertilized lawn, physically removed weeds from law, cleared leaves in flower beds. 1.5 hrs. about 400 Kcal, wt. 189...ugh

4/12/19: Got up around 8AM. Did some latch hook rug, then went for bike ride. 21.63 miles in about 1:35, using about 1100 Kcal.  Wt. 187.

4/11/19: Decided to clean out the double decker shed and donate 400 lbs of weights to Giant Fitness. 2 hrs, using about 400 Kcal. Sore right side picking up 100 lb. weights and transporting them.

4/10/19: Got up BEFORE 7 AM.  Worked on busy box for Voorhees Pediatric, completed same, about 3 hrs. (600 Kcal), then after I did laundry and house was cleaned, I went to gym, did 110 lengths, (2750 yards) about 1.5 miles in 54 min using 600 Kcal.  Total Kcal=1200 Kcal. Wt. 185.

Monday Sunny/little clouds/80's (B)(25.5 miles)(1:53)(1600 Kcal)

4/8/19: Got up little after 7AM, got dressed and volunteered to make muffins at So. Jersey Food Bank, there till around noon.  Got home, changed and went for a rise since it was sooooo warm.   Did 25.5 miles in about 1:53, using about 1600 Kcal.

4/7/19: Got up 7:30 AM.  Did some latch hook then went for a ride to get new battery for Roomba I got from Ken.  Had to clean out the machine BIG TIME.  Rode to Batteries Plus and got new battery, reassembled all pieces and new batteries...works, now I should just set it to clean basement.  Another day. 16.5 miles in about 1.5 hrs.  found a quarter during the ride..  About 900 Kcal.

4/5/19: got up 7:30AM, got ready to go to financial planner friend. Got home and went to gym to swim.  110 Lengths, 1.5 miles in 53:51, using 600 Kcal. wt.  189

4/2/19: Did not go to Voorhees Pediatric this week.  Next week maybe.  Made a new interactive device with lights and bell. Got up 7:30, went to gym, did 24 min on stairmaster 300 kcal, 110 floors, 1750 steps, speed 8 with 10 speed in middle and end for one minute each.  Then went on ARC trainer, 42 min. 520 Kcal, 2 miles with a 10 incline and 25 stride length.  Total Kcal=820 Kcal.  Wt. 185!
