 6/29/23: Woke 7:19, made beds.  Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:38 using 800 Kcal., weight 187.  Had 4 beers yesterday at the synagogue Luau party when I volunteered to help cook the hamburgers.

Decided to take advantage of decent weather and mowed lawn, edged every part of the lawn, eliminated weeds in cracks on driveway, sidewalks, street/curbs, swept all debris and deposited same in 3 trash cans. Three hours and very tired. 1800 Kcal.

Decided to go to gym and walked 15 minutes in the pool, 15 minutes water aerobics, and 10-12 min. swimming 20 length, about 1/4 mile plus. Used about 400 Kcal, about 45 min.

 6/16/23: Woke 6:53 made beds.  Drove to Red Cross in Phila. Went with partner to deliver blood for the Red Cross, was raining hard when we got to Univ. Penn.Hosp., then went to Our Lady of Lourdes. About 1 hr. 400 Kcal. Decided I should swim, so got in pool after not swimming for 2 months, was really tired at about 1/4 mile, but toughed it out till 1/2 mile....mistake... was totally out of it for the rest of night! 200 Kcal.  Weight 185.

Since I was sweaty, I decided to finish putting in edging in front lawn, 1 hr, 600 Kcal. Weight 184.
