 1/28/23: Woke 6AM, went to Lindenwold Train Station for South Jersey food bank. Moved food around and directed traffic. 4 hours using about 1200 Kcal.  Did not weigh myself.  Stripped beds, washed sheets and towels, made beds after I got back.
