8/25/23: Woke 7:10, packed up car and drove nearly 12 hours home, Rained for first 1/2 of trip. Got home around 7PM. Exhausted. No true exercise.

8/24/23: Woke 7:11, did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:19 using about 700 Kcal, walked 6 blocks to baseball stadium and cubs beat tigers, 6-4. Came back, took nap then drove to downtown Detroit and stopped at several sites including a meeting/party of athletics where I played pickle ball for 1st time.  Waled around, 4 hours and used 600 kcal. No weight.
