12/30/18: Woke around 9AM. Had a smoothie (loose scat). Bundled up (while rest of family went to Starbucks) and got on bike and did a"quick" 16.4 miles in 1:20 using about 900 Kcal.

12/29/18: Got up around 8:30AM. Went out to breakfast with D-In-Law.  Came back dressed for gym and did Stairmaster for 21 min, 223 Kcal)(86 floors) 1386 steps)+Treadmill, with a maximum 14 incline, 45 min, maintaining a Heart Rate 131, 3 MPH, 520 Kcal, 2.15 miles and 45 min.  Total Kcal=743 Kcal  Wt. 193.

Thurs. (S)(1.5+miles)(47:56)(600Kcal)+(Water aerobics)(20 min)(100 Kcal)

12/27/18: Got up around 9AM.  Changed and went to gym.  Did a PERSONAL best of 47:56 for 100 lengths, 1.5+ miles, 2500 meters), then did water aerobics for 20 min.  Total Kcal, 700.

12/26/18: Walked around King of Prussia Mall and then went out to dinner with cousins. Leisure walk about 4 miles inside mall waiting/shopping. 4 hrs. 400 Kcal.

12/25/18: Got up around 8:30. Toodled around until about noon, took a nap and bundled up to go outside for a ride.  I THOUGHT there would be no cars!  Wrong! Anyway, went a little further that Atco High Speedway and back.  Even with double gloves and layers of socks and other clothing, felt the cold numb my extremities. Did 17.4 miles in 1:36, using about 1000 Kcal. Wt. 190

12/24/18: Got up about 9AM, Wife made breakfast. Changed and went for a walk to Supermarket and back with some side "jaunts". Walked 5 miles in 2:05 using about 600 Kcal. (Wt. 190)

12/23/18: Got up around 9AM went to gym for above hour work out. Stairmaster 25 min, level 7, 100 flights, 290 Kcal+treadmill 35 min, 2miles, incline 3, 216 Kcal, and swimming, 1/2 mile 32 lengths, 800 meters, 16:36, 200 Kcal.  Total Kcal, about 706 Kcal.

Fri.Coudy/Rainy/WARMER (S)(1.25 miles+)(41:17)(525 Kca)

12/21/18:  Got up aroun 6:30AM, could not sleep.  Changed, went to gym and gave them a baked loaf.  Swam 1.25 miles+ in 41`:17, using 525 Kcal

Wed. Sunny/cool (S)(1.25Miles+)(41:38)(500Kcal)

12/19/18: Got up around 9AM.  Waited till noon for the cleaners to come.  Ugh.  Finally left around 2PM, ran over to gym, did my laps (84 lengths, 2100 meters, about 1.25 miles+ in 41:38.  Then went to get allergy test.  Not allergic to any foods, but allergic to some grasses and weeds, and cats, but at a low level.Used 500 Kcal.
