 2/28/21: Got up 7:30. Made beds, stretched for 40 min, 400 Kcal. Changed went downstairs, did treadmill, 3.2 mph, incline 3, 58 min. 425 Kcal...total Kcal 1078.  Wt. 189.

 2/26/21: Woke 7:30, stripped beds, stretched for 30 min, then went to basement to row.  40:56, using 433 Kcal, going 8022 meters.  Wt. 191. Gave double reds to red cross day before yesterday.

 2/24/21: Woke 7:30. Made beds, stretched, 43 min, 300 Kcal. Wt. 192 Gave double red blood donation to Red Cross.

 2/23/21: Took a "day off" yesterday, really over did it with stretches+ weights, digging out my car in Hoboken, and putting up shower curtain rod for Ken/Kelly on Sunday. Stretched + Weights for 51 min. 400 Kcal, Wt. 192 Woke  7AM

2/19/21: Got up around 8AM. Stretches with weights. Shoveled driveway clear of ice. Stripped beds, vacuumed top floor, found steamer in garage and streamed all parts of bed.  Washed and dried all coverings, sheets, etc... Made beds. Used about 1000 Kcal. Got gas for car. Stopped at supermarket. Wt. 189

 2/18/21: Woke 8:30, stretched 15 min because snow removal will be rest of exercising! Changed and went out to use snow blower, but that died 2nd round, had to use electric hand held and shovel for the rest of the 2nd round. 2.5 hrs, using 2000 Kcal.  Wt. 191

 2/11/21: Got up around 8:30, still snowing just a little.  Stretched for 30 min, then bundled up and pulled out big snow blower and cleared driveway/apron and several other driveways. 1.5 hrs.  Very hard to drag the snowblower out and had to drag it back in, snow too deep to let the motor try and move it through the snow. Total Kcal, 1000, wt. 191

 2/1/21: Got up at 5:30, shoveled snow off driveway and steps for wife, 25 min, took shower and went back to bed for 3 hrs. Then got dressed again and decided to get big snowblower out and did most of the neighborhood, 2 hrs.  Total usage of kcal, about 1400.  Wt. 191
