2/29/20: got up around 7:30.  Changed and decided to row in basement.  10,024 meters in 49:41, using 551 Kcal

2/28/20: Got up around 7:30.  Decided to walk to BJs and get food.  4 miles+, took about 2 hrs, carried 10 lbs of food back with me. 600 Kcal.

2/26/20: woke around 8AM.  Did a little grading then placed one twin bed in basement and took other to recycling in Voorhees,  Then went to gym and swam 90 lengths (1.25 miles+) in 44:49, using 500 Kcal.  Wt. 192...ugh.

Tues.Rainy Cold (Distribute Food at Camden)(3 hrs.)(600 Kcal)

2/25/20: Got up around 8AM, changed and bundled up to go to Camden to distribute food.  3 hrs. 600 Kcal.

2/23/20: Woke around 7:30AM. Weather looked good, so bundled up to go ride and get hearing aid batteries for spouse.  16.4 miles in about 1:20, using about 840 Kcal.

Sat. Sunny/cool ((Food Distribution Volunteer)(5 hrs.)(1000 Kcal)

2/22/20: Got up around 7:30, went to Lindenwald station for South Jersey Food Bank, to help distribute food.  5 hrs, using about 1000 Kca.

Thurs. Sunny cold. (S)(1.25 miles+)(43:34)(500 Kcal)(Wt. 191)

2/20/20: Got up 7:30. Got changed and went to gym to swim, 90 lengths, 1.25 miles+ in 43:34, using 500 Kcal Wt. 191.  Went to Nottingham, then to Tesserras for luncheon, then home, took a nap.

Tues. Cloudy then sunny. (4 hrs. of moving furniture with son)(800 Kcal)

2/18/20: Got up around 7AM.  Wife dropped me off at Hamilton, went to Newark Airport/Penn Station, met son and picked up trailer.  Went to his place, took apart bed and transported same to my house, moved all the bed materials to 4th b-room.  About 4 hrs. work, 800 Kcal.

Sunday Sunny/Cool 50s (1 hr)(packing food boxes for JCC)(150 Kcal)+(B)(20.42 miles)(1.5 hrs.)(1020 Kcal)(Wt. 191)

2/16:20: Up around 8:30. Went to JCC annex to help fill boxes with food and move them to curb, about 1 hr. 150 Kcal.  Came home and filled bike tires and went for "short" ride which was longer than I had intended. 1.5 hrs., 20.42 miles, using 1020 Kcal.  Wt. 191.

Fri. Sunny COLD. (S)(1.25 miles+)(45:38)(500Kcal)(Wt. 189)

2/14/20: Got up aroun 9, eventually went to gym to swim. 45:38, 1.25 miles+, wt.  189.

Wed. Sunny/cool/cold (Walk with 20 lbs hand weights (10 per hand))(4 miles+)(1:40)(1000 Kcal)

2/12/20: Got up around 8:30-9. Got breakfast talked to son about cruise vacation. Decided to walk to Post Office with Grand-daughter's valentine's gift.  Went with 2 10 lbs. weights - one for each hand.  Did curls throughout the 4 miles.  1:40 min, using about 1000 Kcal.

Tues. Cloudy/rainy/cold (S)(1.25 miles+)(42:29)(500 Kcal)(Wt. 189)

2/11/20: Got up around 8:30-9:00 Eventually got out to gym and swam 90 lengths, about 1.25 miles+ in 42:29, personal best, but might have miscounted?  Using 500 Kcal, wt. 189.

Sat. Some sun/some clouds/cold (Stairmaster)(23 min.)(285 Kcal)+(Treadmill)(2.32 miles)(42 min.)(382 Kcal)(Wt. 187)

2/8/20: Got up 7:30 lounged in bed for 1/2 hr. Went to gym, Stairmaster, 23 min, speed 8 floors 104, steps 1650, Kcal=285, max heart rate 148.+Treadmill, speed 3.4 mph, first 5 min with 10 lbs weight (total), incline 6, speed 3.4 mph, distance 2.32 miles, time 42 min., Kcal=382, max heart rate 110. Total Kcal=667...wt. 187.

Thurs. Rainy/cold (S)(1.25 miles+)(46:10)(500 Kcal)(Wt. 188)

2/6/20: Woke aroun 7:30, made smoothies, drank half, went to gym and swam 90+2 laps in 46:10, using 500 Kcal, wt. 188.

Tues.Rainy/couldy cold (Total Gym+Free Weights)(47 min)(650 Kcal)+(Treadmill)(30 min.)(1.75 miles)(3.5 mph)(Incline 10)(330 Kcal)(Wt. 189)

2/4/20: Got up around 8AM. Got ready to do weight stuff in basement as soon as cleaners show up (around 10:30).  Finally showed and I did 30 push ups, bench weights and total gym for 47 min. total, about 650 Kcal, then 30 min on treadmill, 3.6 max mph, incline 10.  330 Kcal.  Total time  1:24 total kcal= 980

2/1/20: Up at about 8:30.  changed and went to basement to row. 50:06, 10,185 meters using 563 Kcal.  Wt.? 186?  Going to Hoboken to see Ken, Kelly, Aubrey.
