8/30/19: Woke around 5 AM could not go back to sleep.  Went in other bedroom, read awhile, fell back asleep till 9AM Went on canvas (SJU) and checked to see if any of the homework had been turned in, nothing completed, 2 students took safety quiz but scored 90, I sent note indicating they had to score  100.  Then took down ballast for downstairs fluorescent lights and got in my bike gear to get new ballasts from home depot.  On way discovered that my NEW computer/odometer was not working.  Got ballast and then rode all the way to Wheelies to get that fixed.  Came home. 26 miles in about 2.25 hrs. of actual riding time, using about 1300 Kcal.  Wt. 182

8/28/19: Got up around 7AM and decided to swim before going to Morrisville to meet with teacher friend for dinner.  Did 110 length - about 2750 yards/8250 feet, about 1.5 miles+ in 55:43 using about 600 Kcal.  Wt. 182.5

8/25/19: Woke around 8AM. Did a little wood working, then went out for bike ride.  Found a cell phone and called the last number, and managed to return same, reward...$10.  Took it What the hey.  Did 19.55 miles in about 1.5 hrs. using about 1000 Kcal.  Wt. 185

8/24/19: My nephew was born, Matthew (?) Levin, my brother's son. Woke up around 8 AM.  Washed sheets and towels. Went to gym to swim.  1.25 miles 90 lengths, 45:55, using about 500 Kcal.  Came home moved a bunch of wood and cement blocks to scope out making a shed for snow blower. Doesn't seem reasonable to do this. Used about 300 Kcal.  Total Kcal=800.  Wt. 182.5

8/22/19: Went to Balducci's Auto, brakes.  Took a ride on bike while they evaluated car.  Went down Rt. 70 almost to 206 circle, then back Found some "lost" lic. and credit cards along the way, tried to track down owner to return same.  25 miles in 2.5 hrs, using 1250 Kcal.

8/21/19: Got up around 6AM-no idea why I could not sleep longer.  Did a number of errands, went to gym.  Did stairmaster time 26 min, speed 8, 1800 steps, 113 floors, 315 kcal, max heart rate 150+ treadmill, speed 3.4 mph, incline 7, kcal 430, time 44 min, distance 2.5 miles, max heart rate 138.  total Kcal 745 Kcal, wt. 181.

Tues. sunny/very hot and humid. Gardening/cleaning up outside (2 hrs.)(600 Kcal)

8/20/19: 66th b-day. Got up 8AM and went to grocery store, waited around for cleaners, showed up around 1-1:30. Cleaned out front porch, re-potted kitchen plant.  Replanted snap peas for 2nd round. Pulled all trash from rear deck to main trash to be discarded.  About 2 hrs, using about 600 kcal.

8/18/19: Sat. and Sunday, went to visit Ken Kelly and Aubrey!.  Time flew by! Came home and mowed lawn, both sides, and pulled weeds from path.  1:15 using 700 Kcal, wt. 184.

Fri.Mostly sunny/hot/some clouds (Woodworking)(2 hrs.)(400 Kcal)+(S)(1.25 miles+)(44:49)(500 Kcal)+(Water aerobics)(20 min)(100 Kcal)(Wt. 180!)

8/16/19: Got up around 6AM, could not sleep well. Finished first display box and put PEZ dispensers in box and put it in basement. (2 hrs.)(400 Kcal).  Then went to gym and did 90 lengths (+2 cool down lengths), 1.25 miles+ , in 44:49 using 500 Kcal.  Then did water aerobics for 20 min, using about 100 Kcal.  Total Kcal=1000.  Wt. 180.

8/14/19: Got up around 7:30. Did a bunch of errands, went to gym and did Stairmaster, speed 8,26 min, 113 floors, 1820 steps, 312 Kcal, max. hr 150. Then treadmill, speed 3.4 mph, dist. 2.4 miles, 420 Kcal incline 7, max hr 138, 420 Kcal.  + Swim, 250 yards, 10 lengths, 5 min, 100 kcal...total kcal=832 Kcal.   Wt. 181

Mon.Sunny/warm/not humid (S)(1.25 miles)(46:41)(500 Kcal)+(woodworking)(1.5 hrs.)(450 Kcal)(Wt. 185)

8/12/19: Up at 7:30 AM. Went to gym to swim, then came home and did some wood working for 1.5 hrs. Swam 90 lengths, 1.25 miles in 46:41. Using 500 Kcal, not great time, but had not been in pool for about a week. Wt. (after vacation in Brigantine) 185.

8/10/19: Got up around 7AM. Decided to go for an early morning ride.  Dropped off cucumbers to "Bill" at Ashland computers.  20.25 miles in about 2 hrs. lots of stops, used about 1015 kcal.

Tues/Thurs. Sunny Hot Humid (some rain in Brigantine (Walked many miles)(aver. 3 miles/day)

8/5-8/8: On vacation in Brigantine.  Walked average of 3 miles per  day. Went in ocean a few times.

Sunday. Sunny Hot/humid (B)(24 miles)(2 hrs.)(1200 Kcal)(Wt. 182)

8/4/19: Got up around 7:30 AM. Had 1/2 smoothie and changed and went out for ride. 24 miles in 2 hrs, using 1200 Kcal, wt. 182

8/3/19: Got up aroun 7:30AM Had breakfast and went to Cherry Hill to get care detailed/cleaned.  Spent about 1/2 hr. taking all the crap out of car first. Got to detail place and walked to Ellisburgh circle and back, about 3 miles (300 Kcal), then after I got car back to house, worked on car for at least another hour (about 300 Kcal).

8/2/19: Power went out yesterday, some car hit telephone pole on Lafayette. Out 8 hrs., did not lose anything in fridge or freezer. Got up around 8AM and went to gym, stairmaster, speed 8, steps 1710, floors 107, time 24 min, Kcal 294, top heart rate 150, average hear rate 141. Treadmill, speed 3.4 mph, distance 2.4 miles, incline 6.75, Kcal 410, time 42, max heart rate, 136.  Total kcal-704.  Wt. 179!!!
