 1/19/21: Sunny/cold. up at 6AM did full stretches, no weights.  Sleep interrupted by side effects of spinal injection yesterday. 40 min stretches 300 Kcal, then thoroughly cleaned out fireplace, 30 min.  Total 600 Kcal Wt. 190.  Guys here to run 220 line and replace controllers for lights in living room.

 1/7/21: Democrats official won Senate majority, fallout from Trump telling crown to show power to the Congress, on 1/6/21 mobs broke into and disrupted the electoral college process of indicating the Biden was winner, eventually voted on early this morning (1/7/21).
