 1/21/23: Woke 7:50,  stripped beds/ washed sheets makes beds. Decided to swim instead of stretching and calisthenics.  Went to gym, swim laps, 72 in 38:40, with 2 warm down laps, 400 Kcal.  Weighed myself on gym scale, 182.
