1/9/23: Woke 7:30, made beds. Cleaner here.  Dropped off car at AutoLenders to have them send car to Lincoln Dealership to replace part.  Have no idea how long to fix. Did moderate stretching+ and moderate calisthenics +.  1:22, using about 650 Kcal, weight 183.

 7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 186.  Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal.  Exhausted!
