12/19/22: Woke 7:50, stripped beds, washed everything, made beds. Did an extra load of underwear and socks. Did moderate+ stretching and moderate + calisthenics, 1:17 using about 650 Kcal. Weight 181. Even after over eating at Hoboken.
12/18/22: Woke 7:14, made beds, did light stretching and light calisthenics is deference to going to Hoboken for Chanukah Brunch and visit with family. Walked to restaurant, manually pumped up all tires (the tire inflating "gun" was not charged...) as there was a warning light one or more tires were low. 38 minutes using about 300 Kcal. Weight 181.
12/17/22: Woke 6:30 to get to Lindenwold to help distribute food with South Jersey Food Bank. 3.5 hours, using 1500 Kcal. No weight. Put lic. plate on wife's car.
12/15/22: Woke 7:53, made beds, Decided to do extra stretching and calisthenics. Added new stretching and calisthenic exercises. Did 1:22 using about 650 Kcal. Weight 181.
