Air conditioner on fritz, $370 to replace part (capacitor). Dominick did check the coolant and fuses, so at least there was a shining example of what I could not have done. Gatsby Service.

 9/12/22: Woke 7:30, made beds. Microwave oven installed in the morning. Then went to gym and swam 72 lengths+2 warm down lengths. 37:35, using 400 Kcal.  Visited Donald O'Brien after swim, he is injured. Brought him cookies and talked books, while I was there physical therapy guy put him through some paces.  Left around 5 PM. Made dinner of shrimp and eggplant. Gym scale, 183.

 9/11/22: Arrive in NYC port.  Woke 6:15.  Travel moving baggage to get off ship and across busy streets to get to "Lyft" driver, that dropped us of in Jersey City Parking garage.  Said goodbye to Sone/Daughter in law and grand daughter, drove home, unpacked, went to Shop Rite to get food basics, some clouds and rain, some sun. Used about 200 Kcal.

 9/10/22:  Woke 8:40.made bed enough to do light stretching and calisthenics, 15 minutes, using about 150 Kcal.  Spent day with grand daughter swimming and reading.. No weight recorded

Halifax, Nova Scotia.  Serious hills, (3 miles/500 Kcal) cloudy/cool, Son help grand daughter mount the wave at the tourist center, I have video! I tried, but my shoes did not have sufficient tread to make it up the wave. Walked around and "shopped". I left for ship earlier than the rest.
