 9/8/22: Woke7:20, made bed. Light to moderate stretching and calisthenics, 45 minutes using about 450 Kcal. Bus tour, little walking. Bay of Fundi-reversing tides, St. Martins Split rock picture. Walked to PIN bowling venue, total of 3.6 miles, really strenuous! About 500 Kcal.  Bowling itself not very strenuous.
