 8/31/22: Woke 7AM, made beds...actually slept in other middle bedroom. Made other beds. Decided to do enhanced stretching and enhanced calisthenics. Time: 1:43, using about 800 Kcal, weight 182. Plus swimming 72 lengths in 39:42, using about 400 Kcal.  Did 4 extra laps, 2 warm down breast stroke and 2 for moderate speed with an adolescent swimming in the lane next to me. Weight at gym scale, 181!
