 8/9/22: Woke 8AM, made beds. Did moderate stretches and moderate calisthenics, timing 55 minutes using about 500 Kcal.  Weight 183. Wanted to go to supermarket to get something for dinner, could not make myself use the car, so I hopped on bike and went 4.4 miles in about 30 min. using about 100 Kcal.  Also watered plants by hand and turned on sprinkler system. Changed water filter and air filter for house.
