 8/18/22: Woke 6:10, made beds. Really strange dreams!  Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:01, using about 500 Kcal.  weight 182. Plus swimming 72 lengths, 1 miles, plus two warm down laps, 37:27, using 400 Kcal.
