 1/28/22: Woke 8:40, made beds. Cloudy, threatening snow later. Enhanced stretching and calisthenics plus enhanced weights, 1:54, using about 1000 Kcal.  Also freed up snowblower and attempted to gas it and get it started.  Started but died, went to place where I last had it serviced and he retired, so I'm SOL. Cleaning took about 1 hr. 300 Kcal.  Wt. 183.  Did a bit of snow clearing just before wife came home from work, about 2 inches of snow took about 27 min.

 1/26/22: Woke 8:45, made beds.  Wen to gym and did 37 min. of exercise, 1/4 mile+ swim, 20 lengths, then water aerobics, total 37 min.  Got home and cleaned out the clothes dryer vent and air return in main hallway upstairs, 1 hr. Total Kcal about 700 Kcal.  Wt. 183.

Enhanced stretching and calisthenics, 1:10 using 500 kcal.  Did not do weights because I was going to shovel snow.  About 2-3 inches, medium wetness. 47 minutes using about 500 Kcal.  Shoveled my driveway and mailbox, my sidewalk, most of Lee's side walk and driveway apron, my steps. Fingers were numb so I did not do Rochelles. Wt. 182.

 1/6/22: Woke 7:45, made beds.  Enhanced stretch/calisthenics, 1:24 using about 550 Kcal, weight 182. Did not meet Bowman/Silberstein for lunch, it was cancelled. Reschedule? We shall see. Decided to rearrange the garage, clean garage, 5.5 hrs, using 1650 Kcal, also roof people came at 5:30PM to inspect roof even though it was dark. They used up 1.5 hrs. of my time.
