11/30/22: Woke 10 AM, made bed, still sick went to Dr./urgent care, 1:10 PM appt. Examined me and gave me script for cough medicine. Did rowing, 40:05 using 435 Kcal, weight 181.
11/28/22: Woke 8:22, made bed in middle bedroom, coughing last night took Nykwill. Woke, went to master bedroom and did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics. Took 1:12, using about 600 Kcal. Weight 181. Did cream of wheat breakfast with strawberries and fiber.
11/26/22: Woke 7:47 stripped beds, washed sheets, made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, taking 1:14 in time and using about 600 Kcal, weight 181.
11/25/22: Woke 8:10, made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:11 using 600 Kcal. Weight 183. Was at daughters place for Thanksgiving and the combination of the appetizers, main course and desserts, was only meal but still managed to gain weight.
11/24/22: Woke 7:16, made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, took 1:07, using about 600 Kcal. Weight 182. Went to Daughter's place for T-Day.
11/20/22: Woke 7:12, made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:06, using about 550 Kcal. Weight 180. Took plastic bags and frozen turkey to synagogue. Went back for Friendsgiving program, brought some of my cookies, ate WAAYY to much. Come home and found out that Reta had a baby girl, named her Susan.
11/19/22: Woke 7:50, stripped beds/cleaned sheets and towels/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:04, using 550 Kcal. Decided to free the snowblower in garage, also cleared refrig. in garage to open and defrost Turkey day bird. Found a bunch of stuff to sell at Kol Ami Dec. 4th table sale. About 1 hour, 300 Kcal.
11/18/22: Woke 8AM, made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:07, using 600 Kcal, weight 179. Later in day, raked leaves on side and front of house. Nine trashcans full, 1:31 using about 900 Kcal.
11/12/22: Woke 8:20, stripped beds, washed sheets and towels/made beds. Decided to do enhanced stretching and enhanced calisthenics, 1:54, using about 1100 Kcal. Weight 179.
11/11/22: Woke 7:25, made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:06, using about 600 Kcal. Weight 179. Went to gym and did swimming, 1 mile (72 lengths), plus 2 warm down laps, 38:47, about 1 minute longer than "normal". 400 Kcal. Weight at scale at gym, 178!
11/10/22: Woke 9:25, made beds. Did moderate calisthenics and moderate stretching, 1:05, 600 Kcal, weight 180. Decided to take down rain barrels, forgot I volunteered at South Jersey Food Bank. Too nice a day NOT to take down rain barrels and it supposed to rain tomorrow. Had to rake leaves away and cut down brush, go to LOWES for rain gutter extensions. Took 2:40 using 1600 Kcal.
11/9/22: Woke 8:20, made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:09 using about 600 Kcal. Weight 180. Covered air conditioning unit, covered round glass table, put away some of the hoses, raked front leqaves, 1:19 using 700 Kcal.
11/8/22: Woke 7:02, made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 58 min. using about 550 Kcal. No weight. Son/daughter in law back from Florida. Walked grand daughter to HLS and went with daughter in law to get her daughter and walked to swim lesson and then home. 3 miles, using about 300 Kcal. Drove home by 10:30
11/7/22: Woke 6:22, made beds. Did 1:07 worth of moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, using about 550 Kcal. Wt. 180. Walked about 3 miles in 2 hours. Using 300 Kcal. Walked grand daughter to HLS and then walked to dinner and home. Used about 3 miles in 2 hours. 300 Kcal.
11/6/22: Woke 7:30, made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 53 min. Weight 179. Drove to Hoboken, took grand daughter to park. Maybe 2 miles walking .
11/5/22: Woke 8AM, stripped beds, washed, made beds, did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:07 using 550 Kcal, weight 181. Then went to Philadelphia for Fetterman rally, Biden and Obama at Liacoris Center. Walked 4 miles in about 3 hrs. using 400 Kcal,
11/3/22: Woke 8:07, made beds. Decided to do enhanced stretching and enhanced calisthenics. Took 2 hours, using about 1200 Kcal. Weight, 180. Took multi-pics of wife's car and sent to Mjchaels of Tilghman's, 609-723-7469/pics to 609 780 6485. He got pics and will get back to me tomorrow with best price for car.

Tues. Woke 7:15, made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, q:04, using about 550 Kcal, weight 181. Nice day for bike ride, Went down Rt. 70, Stopped at jewelry store to get watch band fixed, ending up fixing it myself. Did 22.02 miles using 1100 Kcal, in 2:08.
10/31/22: Woke 7AM, made beds. Took wife's car to be repaired/house cleaned. Finally decided to permanently install "free library". Weatherproof and light touch up painting. 6 hours, using 1800 Kcal. Weight 179. Finished just before it started to rain.
