11/25/22: Woke 8:10, made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:11 using 600 Kcal.  Weight 183. Was at daughters place for Thanksgiving and the combination of the appetizers, main course and desserts, was only meal but still managed to gain weight.
