8/24/23: Woke 7:11, did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:19 using about 700 Kcal, walked 6 blocks to baseball stadium and cubs beat tigers, 6-4. Came back, took nap then drove to downtown Detroit and stopped at several sites including a meeting/party of athletics where I played pickle ball for 1st time. Waled around, 4 hours and used 600 kcal. No weight.
8/23/23: Drove to Detroit, checked in Casino/hotel. Went to gym, incline 4 speed 3 mph, 50 min, 2.5 miles, 287 Kcal, no weight. Went to see Barry Manilow.
8/22/23: Woke 6:20, in hotel...went to gym and did elliptical, 10 incline/10 resistance, 30 min, 2.75 miles+5 min. warm down, total 3.25 miles (5Km), 375 Kcal, weight of scale in gym, 187.
8/21/23: Woke 6:20, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:33, using about 800 Kcal, weight 188. Drove to Pittsburgh and stayed at hotel with pool, did 25 lengths swimming and 30 widths walking, about 200 Kcal, 45 minutes.
8/19/23: Woke 7:31, did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:23, using about 800 Kcal. Then family walked in Collingswood for 2 hours, 200 Kcal. Weight 186. Went to b-day dinner at Pub with immediate family.
8/18/23: Woke 7:30 made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:29 using 800 Kcal. Wt. 185, then played with grand daughter in sprinkler system, 1 hr. 100 Kcal.
8/17/23: Woke 7:30, made beds, did some vacuuming. Took a break from normal exercises and did biking, 16.6 miles, in about 1:37 using about 830 Kcal. Moved plywood, 30 min, 100 Kcal. Weight 186.

8/14/23: Woke 6:27, made beds. Vacuumed lampshades. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:37, using about 825 kcal, weight 186. Also decided to clean up shed and repaint the doors with leftover paint, about 2 hrs, using about 300 kcal. Drumpf indicted for 4th time, announced at 10 PM.

8/11/23: Woke 6:51, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:30 using about 800 Kcal, weight 186. Picked up 2 heavy boxes of blood, Penn Medicine in Cherry Hill, delivered it to Red Cross 700 Spring Garden. 100 Kcal.
8/10/23: Woke 7:15, made beds, vacuumed kitchen floor and basement stairs. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:30 using about 800 Kcal, weight 184. Went to Camden, re: Camden garden meeting.
8/9/23: Woke 8:07 made beds took out trash. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:35, using about 800 Kcal, weight 184. Built one side of the snowblower shed, painted it in case it rains. 3:40, using 1500 Kcal AND baked 9 dozen gluten free cookies.
