8/29/24: Woke 9:57, made beds. Went to basement and got on rowing machine. 9062 meters (5.62 miles), in 46:27 using about 487 kcal, weight 192. Still a little cough.

8/27/24: Woke 7:26, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:30 using about 800 Kcal, weight 193.  Met with Mark (BASH capital) discussed leaving one contract with Brighthouse, we both made phone call with representative that the last contract will not be terminated unless they have a medallion signature guarantee.  So we will let it stay. We will meet again Sept. 5th 12:30 PM to rollover two IRA contracts and the 3rd non-qualified, I will sell off Snapchat for loss to cover the gains of that contract.

 8/26/24: Woke 1:37AM did not fall asleep till 4AM, then slept til 8AM.  Did not sleep well at all.  Went to gym and swam 1 + miles, 72 lengths+ 2 warm down laps in 39:20 using about 400 Kcal.  Weight on gym scale 192.

 8/19/24: Woke 7:32, made beds.  Lots of scat...? Loose. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:39 using about 825 kcal, weight 197? Have no idea about the weight level. Darker scat material at end. Had to wash the mat in master bedroom because of "accident".

8/8/24: Woke 7:54, mad beds, did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, using about 825 kcal.  Then got bucket filled with Simple Green dilutions and vacuumed all tiled floors in house, scrubbed all floors and both showers with brush/simple green, rinsed all floors with water brush.  Scrubbed both showers and rinsed both off - toweled all floors dry. About 2 hours using about 1200 Kcal.  Wife leaves hosp.
