 8/26/24: Woke 1:37AM did not fall asleep till 4AM, then slept til 8AM.  Did not sleep well at all.  Went to gym and swam 1 + miles, 72 lengths+ 2 warm down laps in 39:20 using about 400 Kcal.  Weight on gym scale 192.
