7/29/23: Woke 8:24, stripped beds, washed sheets/towels, etc. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:37 using 800 Kcal. Weight 186. Baked 4 loaves of bread/cinnamon sugar. Then transported 3 sheets of 3/4" plywood (4'X8')from 6 houses away to the side of my house using a hand truck, about 1/2 hour, using about 200 Kcal.
7/28/23: Woke 7:43, slept terrible. Made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 41 minutes 500 Kcal, weight 185. Also picked up blood from Veterans Hosp, and delivered blood to Virtua in Voorhees. 200 Kcal. Watered garden with rain barrels.
2/27/23: Woke 7:27, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:38, using amount 800 Kcal, weight 185. Visited Don O'Brien at Lions Gate.
7/26/23: Woke 7:32, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:33, using about 800 Kcal. Weight 184. Decided to clean out trunk, vacuumed trunk, cleaned/vacuumed rest of car and floor mats/scrubbed floor mats. 1.5 hours using 450 Kcal.
7/25/23: Woke 7:32, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching PLUS, and moderate to enhanced calisthenics PLUS, 2 hrs. using about 1100 Kcal. Weight 184. Dinner at OTTS with Mens club.
7/24/23: Woke 7:26, made beds, weird dreams. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:31 using about 800 Kcal, weight 187. Vacuumed all top floor, moved furniture and dusted.
7/22/23: woke 9AM, slept terrible, acid reflux, pain in right shoulder. Stripped beds, washed sheets, made beds. Decided to go to gym instead of stretching/calisthenics. Did 54 lengths, plus two warm down lengths, 3/4 mile in 29 min, extra time for warm down lengths. 350 Kcal. Wt. 187
7/21/23: Woke 8:05, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics. Took about 1:40, using 800 Kcal, wt. 185. Gave double red donation to Red Cross.
7/19/23: Woke 6:45, made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:07 using 500 Kcal. Weight 186. Then went to pick up donated blood on MLK Blvd in Phil for Red Cross. Went to Lunch t Iron Hill, came home and mowed both front and back lawns, 52 minutes using about 500 Kcal.
7/18/23: Woke 8:00 made beds. Went to Camden Garden, worked in cutting weeds for 48 minutes in high heat and humidity, 400 Kcal. Came home and it looked like it was going to rain...was going to mow lawn...but decided to go to basement and do the rowing machine, 30:07 going 3.8 miles/6147 meters, using 340 Kcal, weight 185.
7/16/23: Woke 7:47, made beds. Went out to breakfast with family. Went to gym after, 40 lengths swim, 1/2 miles, plus 4 warm down lengths, 22 minutes. Then did water aerobics, 20 minutes. 600 Kcal, weight 187.
7/15/23: Spouse b-day. Woke 6:20, stripped beds, washed sheets and towels made beds. Went to BJs for flowers. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics. 1:08 using about 600 Kcal. Weight 184.
7/13/23: Woke 8:04, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching PLUS and moderate to enhanced calisthenics PLUS, 1:50 using 900 Kcal, weight 184. Weeded and watered the garden, repaired/evened out the stone pathway, 2 hours using about 600 Kcal.
7/11/23: Woke 7:15, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:34, using about 800 Kcal. Sanitized/cleaned shower floor and master bedroom floor with alcohol. Vacuumed kitchen floor/foyer and Swiffered it, cleaned top part of stove. Weight 186.
7/10/23: Woke 6:49 Made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:30 using about 800 Kcal, then decided to clean out closet and armoire, tried on all pants and shirts, donate those that don't fit. 1 hr. using 200 kcal.
7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal. Weight 186. Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal. Exhausted!
7/8/23: Woke 7:47, made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:12, using about 600 Kcal. Slight kink in back, lower right side. Weight 186.
7/7/23: Woke 7:38, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:37 using 800 Kcal, weight 186. Cleared out sheds, selected wood for snowblower platform, cut some wood. 2 hours using about 800 Kcal.
7/6/23: Woke 7:33, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:36 using about 800 Kcal, weight 188. Stripped both beds in spare rooms, washed sheets and made beds. Cleaned toilets on top floor, cleaned floor, sinks and sink tops and tub in 2nd full bath. Cleaned kitchen table and mats. 2 hrs. work 300 Kcal.
