 5/19/22:  Woke 8:13, made beds. Did enhanced stretching and calisthenics.  Made sure to do ALL the exercises and stretches, did a few extra reps on some.  1:34, using about  650 Kcal.  Weight 183. Opened all windows during exercise to cool down main bedroom, closed them before I took a shower.
