5/30/22: Woke 7AM, made beds.  No stretch or calisthenics, decided to just mow front and back lawns, taking about 45 min, using about 400 Kcal  Wt. 186. Biked 4.4 miles to get milk at Shop Rite to make bread while the bread was rising, cut lawn. About 200 Kcal
