1/8/19: Got up around &:30.  Waited for GPS to come and fix area under sink (over $300 later).  Then went to gym, to swim, 100 Lengths (2500 meters...1.5 miles+) in 48:54 using 600 Kcal.  Water aerobics for 20 min, using about 200 Kcal.  Wt. 191
