1/4/19: Got up around 9AM. Bundled up because I felt like biking. Went out for "short" bike ride, down Hopewell to 73 and back. 17.34 miles in about 1:38, using 950 Kcal.
9/28/24: Woke 8:36, stripped beds, washed sheets and towels, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:31 using about 800 Kcal, weight 191.
3/31/24: Woke 6:40, stripped beds, washed sheets and towels, made beds. After having breakfast with son/daughter in law and grand daughter, got changed and went for bike ride down 73 and back. 20.44 miles in 2:01, using about 1000 Kcal. Weight 194.
