1/29/19: Got up around 7:30 and went to gym.  Swam a whopping 146 lengths, 2.07 miles in 1:12, using about 880 Kcal.  Wt. 189.  Went to supermarket and shopped, brought back groceries and started cooking dinner.  Made ground pork and froze same.
